I purchased the 2 sheet option. It seems to be merv13 and filtered particulates as per my expectations. It's very pliable, easily cut to size, and worked perfectly for my application as an air filter.We have a lot of fires during a part of the year and the merv14 air filters are expensive and sometimes hard to find for central air; so, I used these as additional exhaust air vent filters to clean it a bit more off season. The merv13 is more affordable for central air but has a filtering range that it servers. With one filter and max flow through the filter, one can only expect so much.The vent filters does put significant pressure on the system which shows the filtering capability but I left a couple vents without it. By the next day, I saw no dust swirly around in the sunbeams.

When I read the other 2 recent reviews I was a little nervous about receiving the MERV filter. I received mine today (4/25/20) and I have to say that I am VERY PLEASED that the filters were folded and inside a plastic bag. I removed the filters (I ordered two) which were in nice condition. You can see that one side is more textured and one side is more smooth. I measured the filters and mine were actually closer to 25" x 36". I have already cut one sheet into 3"x6" pieces to use in my face masks and I have 48 pieces. I want to mention that the seller's name is: AIR FILTERS DELIVERED LLC. I hope this helps.

Packaging was less than impressive. Stuffed in an envelope. No info. Made u wonder if u really got whst u ordered

I think I got scammed like others have mentioned. Mine came in a regular box, folded yes, but not in plastic. Just tossed in the box. It looks like regular craft store felt as well. I don't think I'm going to be putting this in my masks as I don't know what it is or if it's safe.

I bought this in May. I found the packaging to be fine. It is a little scary buying sheets of fabric for a mask during the pandemic, but I just left mine in the package for a few days after I got it. They don't think the virus stays on material for more than a day from what I've read. This cuts easy. It is a little hard to get it into the filter pocket properly, but that is just due to the size of the filter pocket. I have been using it for my daughter's masks for a month now. The company is doing this to keep people from having to cut apart filters. I don't mind that there is no description on the bag it comes in. The description is on Amazon. Also, the picture on Amazon shows what Merv 13 material is used to filter out. I didn't need a separate insert to tell me that. It is what I needed and what I was looking for. No cutting filters, no fiberglass.

Merv 13 and up filter out viruses and all kinds of harmful pollutants. I installed these in my office vent You can also install them at home.Very easy to use just cut to size and you can use masking tape to make it adhere to the vent.change every three months or more often if you use your AC, Heater or HVAC a lot.

Exactly what I needed for making filters for masks. Came quickly and is in perfect condition. So much easier than trying to remove the material from a Heater/AC frame.

The static filters I have been using pass more air and collect more particles. The particle build up on this Merv 13 filter took more time to clog and seem to pass more particles than the static filter. The Aerostar Media, MERV 13 material was still able to collect virus carrying particles.
