Beautiful item, but not tracked.
Beautiful item - exactly as described. However, for an item so expensive, I was disappointed that it was not tracked - the best I got was 'expected by this date' and then 'your product has probably arrived now'. When it's 4 days til Christmas, this is not what you want to hear. While it did arrive in the nick of time, it didn't arrive on the date expected, nor was I able to track it at all. The quality is 5 stars, but for poor tracking/delivery I have removed 1 star.
