Awesome Value
I bought this set of two Glad loaf pans for my husband's baking. He was concerned that because they were made by Glad they would be flimsy. Not so. These pans are plenty heavy and for five bucks apiece, they are a truly incredible value. First time out, I spray oiled the pan and put a sheet of parchment paper in (it's just easier for grabbing a hot loaf of bread out of the pan), and they came right out and left zero residue.Yesterday my husband made himself a Zuckerbrot from my Belgian cookbook. After easily lifting the loaf out of the pan, I noticed some melted and caramelized sugar in the bottom. I let it cool a moment, and then easily peeled up and fed them by hand to my husband, who eagerly gobbled them all up. Did he say, what a great recipe? Did he say, what a great wife? No, he said, "what a great pan".

Seem well made and good finish on the rolled edges. Nothing special but these will do the job and seem like they will last.

Heavy weight means very even cooking and research show the gold color pans are better that glass or the thinner tin loaf pans. Worth the money.

Best I've seen and used.
I wish the GLAD Pan came in a 11 '' capacity. Hard to beat the quality and cost. Don't think I'd need to buy a replacement for the one I have.. just don't see it wearing out.
