Edit: the 3rd and 4th photos are of shrink in size, and the last two show their tags. I returned this, but just have to add- this item is NOT impervious to heat, and a hot wash + dry cycle likely WILL shrink it.Even after all that I said in my review, I thought I might try it out anyway, because returns are a PITA. I tried it on my new duvet, and it just looked lumpy. It was a bad fit.Thinking that was odd, I decided to measure it. I laid it out on the open floor of my studio, and it measured 86½"×86½", with great exactness. So, it either shrunk, or it was that size to begin with- which would be odd, and it's more likely that it shrunk. It's also odd that both sides shrunk to the same length, because that would mean one of them shrunk by 5½", while the other shrunk 1½". It *literally* doesn't add up. I had only washed it on hot once (per the sellers insistence), and only dried it once.I also *technically* couldn't dry it on hot, because I have a Panda brand portable dryer, and since it's only 1500w, it *technically* can only dry on about medium. That itself is its own PITA, but I didn't realize it was relevant- had I dried it on an actual HOT cycle, I can only imagine how much more it would shrink.______________________________Original Review:This is the truth, as I have told the seller, and Amazon customer service- it's a mixed review:(I did not tell the seller this part, though) I'm an artist, and sometimes work with textiles. I got a new duvet, because my old one was...old. It is 88"×92". I wanted bamboo for the cover, and this was the right size. I wanted it to be a bright white- like the photos- because I wanted it to contrast with the low-viscocity fabric paint ("Dye-na-flow") that I was going to use on it.Black and white is my jam, and I collected all the supplies for the design I had in mind- I got squirt bottles with three orifices, some with just one; and two differently-sized round, flat, nylon radial cleaning brushes, like they put in cordless drills. I have worked with all of those tools, but never in one piece. I also planned to use paintbrushes. The fact that this holds up well in a dry cycle (a lot of bamboo viscose will shrink in a hot wash or dry cycle was exactly what I needed, because this paint needs to be heat set. That's all the whole reason I bought this item. Also, I was fully expecting to need to sew in some ties. I was really ready to work with it, and I was excited about that. When I got this, I spent the entire night washing the item, again, and again (a total of 6 times, and it screwed up my washer, which I still have to address), never to have it turn out the same shade of white as the photo. The second photo is how it looked upon arrival.Seller gave me washing instructions, said it would be whiter after 3-5 wash cycles. Seller was initially very affable, and available to reply at my bizarre hours- which was a plus.Photo #1 shows it after 5 cycles. It also had a sheen, no matter how much I did. Although that became less so, and it did whiten, they said it would become matte. It was also not as white as the photo. For reference, I only use 5000k daylight led bulbs in my home, which *can't* create a yellow cast, because that color temperature is much closer to the blue end of the Kelvin rating spectrum. Also, I don't use any bulbs with lower than 90 CRI, because I'm very visual, and color accuracy is a really big deal to me.It's not what I expected, nor what I want. If you are interested in this, there's only one zipper pull, and corner ties plus two side ties. The ties are *legit*. Best I've ever seen in a duvet cover, and I've had several. Also it's hard to find duvet covers in this size, from this fabric, that also have a zipper closure. The fabric is amazing- feels more like 400tc (which is really high in bamboo). I have owned and used only bamboo sheets for 7 years, and the fabric in this duvet cover is really, really nice. It just won't work for my purposes.Still, in a long and messy string of messages, seller threatened me with litigation after I said I was going to leave an unhappy review- claimed I would lie. Seller also implied they knew what state I live in, which begets the notion that they retained my address and contact information on file- which several Amazon customer service representatives have vehemently insisted is against Amazon policy (I asked them, many times, and with specificity regarding different circumstances involving the policy. If there's a loophole, I want someone to explain it to me, because I want this to make more sense). They then called me "Karen," and messaged me again, even after I asked them to cease contact- I said it would constitute harassment. Not buying from them again. It's a good product, different from the photos, just doesn't meet my needs, and I just don't want it anymore. If you're looking to buy, it's 88"×92", which doesn't accommodate most duvets. If you're like me, and really need that size, and want bamboo, and (unlike me) slightly off-white is cool with you, then this might the the right one for your bed.Seller said I would lie in my review, but this is a pretty excessive amount of detailed information, and I don't know how anyone could make this stuff up. 🖖🏻

Perfectly cozy
I already had the sheet set (and it being my favorite set of sheets) decided to also purchase the duvet cover. I just washed the duvet cover for the second time and re-made the bed. I will say, the new pillowcases that came with the duvet next to the pillowcases from the sheet set that I’ve been using for about a year or so makes me realize I probably need to do something extra to make them white again (the ones I’ve been using for over a year are obviously not as white as the new duvet cover). So other than this making my sheets look grey in comparison, I love it. Like the sheets, it does tend to get wrinkly (picture is freshly made bed with sheets and duvet cover straight from the dryer) but the comfort is oh so worth it. I’m sure I could do things to make them look crisper, but they’re so soft I honestly don’t care. I do notice the sheets are softer than the duvet (they really do get softer with time!). I’m sure there are softer better sheets/duvets out there, but I’m very happy with the bedding I’ve purchased from this brand.

Super soft...BUT...*UPDATED
*12/29/20 UPDATE: Contacted the seller who promptly sent out a replacement at no charge and talked me through figuring out how to tell if it was rust or makeup. Very happy with the level of customer service and also with the quality of the duvet cover and pillow cases. Seriously the sofest cover I've ever had. Changed to 5 stars. This duvet cover set is one of the softest things I’ve ever felt, extremely soft and silky, but not too silky, perfect color and all that, BUT, the reason I can’t give 5 stars, when I took it out of its package to prepare for washing I noticed women’s face makeup smeared all over the pillowcases and the cover. DISGUSTING. Extremely disappointed, as I was looking forward to using this in my new home. Gross and disappointed and worried about returning it and getting another one that will also be defective. Poor quality control for sure. And gross. The actual product is great, but let’s hope the company checks things first before sending out their merchandise.

Absolutely the very best of luxurious comfort
I love this bamboo set, though it was too large, I couldn't keep. But it's an amazing set, brilliantly made. I have their sheet set and it's just such amazingly awesome feel!Bamboo is now a favorite

Zipper broke after the first washing...but they sent a replacement.
UPDATE 8/2/21: Customer service contacted me and said that even though the return window had passed, they would be happy to ship out a replacement. They were very easy to work with and were happy to remedy the problem. I would definitely buy from them again.Original Review:The zipper broke after the first washing and it’s past the return window. The zipper head slide right off and I was putting it back on the comforter. It’s a very cheap zipper. Don’t waste your money.

Love this duvet cover!!
Ive bought three of these for my airbnb. Its super soft and easy to put on. Ive had guests comment how comfy bed and linens are. I used to buy a more expensive brand but Wooflinen had been the best! Plus they help rescue animals.
