I have never tried these befor , but I used these the first night with argon oil, I love, love, love them, they pull toxins out of the skin, so relaxing, felt amazing on my face, I am gonna buy the ones for the body.

Comfortable to use, but difficult to maintain suction. Almost impossible for the small cups. I used them only a few times, so I can't say about the benefits on the skin

Love these, they really improve circulation but be careful for bruising. Don't leave on more than a few seconds each

I don't even know what to say about this facial cupping set as I am at a loss of words, but that just means they are to great for words. No, i am just being dramatic Haha. This facial cupping set is amazing though. I am an esthetician and a massage therapist, so i know my way around cupping tools. But for the face, i have never used them on my self or on a client for that matter. Even though i always wanted to buy a set, i never got around to doing so, and i'm kind of kicking myself in the butt now for not doing so earlier. Either way though, i have them now, and they are great way to help detoxify the skin, and help aid with the renewing process of collagen to help fight those unsightly fine lines/wrinkles we may have. Please be careful with using them and proceed with caution. You can not use them on dry skin. A mix of facial lotion and a beauty oil like Argan or rose hip oil will do the tick. The skin needs to have a slick surface in order for them to move. Always keep the cups moving. If the stay in a spot longer than 30 seconds, little blood capillaries will start to come up to the surface, almost wanting to form a ''hickey'' on the skin. If you leave it on any longer, you will end up with a bruise. Also be careful with the suction! You only need a little as the skin is very delicate and doesn't need much to be manipulated. Besides that, if you know how to use them correctly, they are a wonderful set of tools. I use these cups all sort of ways on the face. I move them in circular motions for massaging, Side to side for blood flow, and up and down to move/drain lymph and to produce collagen to plump the skin. When i was using them on my cheeks, i was getting some crazy dirty looking oil out of my face. My face was clean before hand, and i consider my skin to be in great condition, but the oil being pulled out by the cups said otherwise. It was so cool to see this stuff coming out, but then also at the same time mad me feel sad that i had this in my skin. I like to think i take care of my skin pretty well, but i know it is a mix of makeup, dirt and oil that naturally builds up over time, and environmental pollution. Its crazy what can harm your skin/body. After i was done cupping, within 5 minutes tops, i have a couple of breakups just pop up, which is perfectly normal. I did not have them before hand, so it was another learning experience what facial reflexology can do. So i just extracted them and put on a facial mask to reduce the redness caused by the cupping and to make the breakouts disappear , which did happen. I am beyond impressed with this cupping set, and i am so glad i found this and had the opportunity to try it. You will not be disappointed with this. Cupping was something I had been reading about recently and was quite intrigued by the concept. When I had an opportunity to try this set at a promotional price to test out and review, I'm was anxious to experiment with these!My reason for wanting to try this out is I've recently lost close to 50 lbs and even though I take good care of my skin, the weight loss had left my face thinner but with more visible wrinkles!Right out of the box, it's clear this is a well thought out set with nice packaging and quality built materials. This set has 4 sized cups - the larger for larger surface areas of the face and neck and the smaller for areas like the sides of the nose and other smaller areasI decided I would start a routine of using these at night after I washed my face and was watching TV. I use a couple of different natural oils on my very dry skin at night so that makes it very easy to use these to get a good seal on the skin.It may look and feel a little strange to use these but your skin feels really good after using them! you can really feel the improvement in circulation and your skin feels invigorated.As others have warned, you DO NOT want to leave these attached to your skin for any length of time as it will certainly give you a red mark!So after using these consistently for over 2 weeks along with facial exersizes, I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin! Shocking really and I wasn't expecting this. Everyone I've run in to lately who I haven't seen in a couple of months or so has mentioned how great my skin looks.To be fair, I don't know if it's the cupping, the facial exersizes or the combo of both, but there is a big change in my skin none the less.I've never had "beautiful" skin as I have very, very dry and sensitive skin that always tends to look like I have a sunburn and have to use lots of various types of products to keep my crazy skin hydrated and under control so to have anyone say my skin looks great is very new to me!I wish now I had taken before and after pics but honestly I wasn't expecting anything dramatic to happen since I had my doubts about cupping therapy but I'm pretty thrilled with the results so far and will continue to do this on a regular basis :) I even talked my husband into trying this and he's been a great test subject as it's easier for me to see results on someone's face other than my own. He's only been doing this for about a week so nothing dramatic to report yet :)The other thing I ended up really liking is the small, thin "brush" type pad they include with this set. I have to constantly exfoliate my skin since it's so dry but, being so sensitive, I have to be really careful that what I use is gentle on my fragile skin and this brush really helps so much.So...bottom line is - TRY THIS! You have nothing to lose and you may have great results like I've experienced and it certainly can't hurt!
