7 feet may be too narrow
This is good quality netting with a diameter small enough to prevent bird intrusion, so I thought. I tried to spread it over my wife's blackberries and my grapes, which are close together, but the birds still got to them, although the netting remains intact. Maybe next year i'll spread it earlier and be sure there are fewer gaps.Currently, it is trapped by the bindweed and other vines growing through it, but I'll rescue it in the fall/winter and spread it more closely together next year.I still think it might work since the gaps in the netting are small, but I need another year to decide.I'd buy it again, although I still have plenty left and hope to reuse this year's netting after winter kills the bindweed.

Easy to use
Birds love my garden. The goldfinches especially love to nibble on my greens or pull out the new plants. Forget about having any blueberries if they are not netted. I tried different bird netting at the local stores. They were difficult to use: they were always snagging on my clothing, they needed lots of securing devices and birds got easily tangled up in them. Greenscapes netting on the other hand was much easier to work with and stayed in place with little securing. Since I've only had them up for a month or two and can't say how well they will stand up to the weather. Also, they were much cheaper than the other bird netting.

Works but very hard to use.
This is a very fine mesh. It works but it's really hard to manage. It's so fine it's hard to see (which is good because it hides well) but it's challenging to put up. I tried wrapping some cone-shaped cages around seedlings and it was hard. That said, it has been great at keeping the critters away. It's not that strong so a deer could easily push right through it if it wanted to. The price was very good compared to Home Depot. 100 feet goes a long way.

Great Product to Cover a Large Koi Pond
My husband needed to replace his old netting and I found this one on Amazon. He really liked it because it came in a roll which made it easier to lay out across the koi pond. The holes aren’t too big so there is no worry about small birds or animals such as chipmunks getting stuck in the netting. Please note - I also purchased metal stakes to hold the netting down since this didn’t come with any.

Nor what it used to be
I got a roll of this 3 years ago which was about a one-inch mesh, with decent gauge plastic. We needed more for a garden project this year and ordered what was portrayed as the same product. Big mistake! The mesh is now about half an inch, and the plastic material is about half as thick. The result is a flimsy product that is very hard to handle when installing, and probably way less durable. The real lesson here is that if you search your orders for a product you liked and "order again," there is no guarantee that you will get the same product from Amazon.

Great Deer Deterrent
This betting is working really well for me in protecting my knock-out roses bushes from deer that regularly visit my yard. I have covered each bush separately, no need to stake. I was dubious about the black color but it honestly does not look bad . Plants & flowers can be seen through it. It is an affordable option that works. A fence cannot be placed around this area & critter deterrent sprays wear off & are expensive. I am thrilled to have found this!

This is my second order
This is my second purchase of this. The animals in my area are proving to be too fierce for this for next season's usage but I would recommend this for anyone not trying to combat deer, squirrels, birds, rabbits, coyotes and cats, all at the same time. Might have to built a greenhouse fortress instead to keep out the wildlife.
