Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner with Heater | Industrial Stainless Steel Body, Tub, Basket | (2.5 Liter)

Had a couple of motorcycle carburetors to clean, and had tried the aerosol cans, but they weren't being effective on the small passageways. Got this and tried again, using only water and Dawn detergent. Worked perfectly, and the bike now runs as it should. Now I have no idea why I didn't get one sooner. The separate heater is a very nice feature. Please note, though, that the cleaning chamber only accounts for about 1/3 of the height of the case - the rest is the compartment for the electronics. A small carb did fit side-/length-wise, but was not completely covered by the solution. So each had to be turned over after the first cycle and run again. Worked fine, but if budget allows, you may want to order a larger unit than you think you'll need. This size does not need a drain fitting. It's light enough to carry over to a sink and dump the solution out, and designed so that doing this doesn't allow the solution to reach the electronics.

So far it's an exceptional cleaner but the heater doesn't get the water very hot at all but so far the double transducers clean like crazy !!! As far as reliability is concerned I don't know it's too early but I will check back and let you know. So far I'm very happy with the unit

Work awesomely!! Used it to clean watch parts. Filled it with bottled water, put basket in it, and placed parts in solid whiskey glasses with detergents and then rinse solutions, ran both for about 20 minutes - probably over kill, but wanted to really test it. Heater work great, water got super hot. Did a great job for what I bought it for, would highly recommend it. With these, you really do get what you pay for, spend a little more and get one that works great. Love that it has two US elements.

I was so excited to get this , I read up on ultrasonic cleaners and even $20 units cleaned things in seconds, this one doesn't do anything at all but make noise I tried everything and can't get it to clean anything, I can use my finger to wipe off dirt it won't clean! It must be a bad unit it looks good I am very disappointed very it took almost a month to arrive to. I HOPE I CAN RETURN IT DO NOT BUY ... BAD QUALITY CONTROL IT'S WORTHLESS..STILL PISSED OFF WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !

Worked well but stopped working within a month. Contacted the manufacturer and after having me check a few things they are replacing the unit free of charge.

This is a no frills ultrasonic cleaner for the small shop with the power of more expensive units. The controls are plain and intuitive enough and the absence of any protruding knobs or buttons make it easy to wipe down on the outside. The handles facilitate the exchange of spent cleaning solution with a fresh batch without being bulky. The price is more than reasonable, but because the cumulative stress between the stainless steel container and the piezo electric elements that create the action over time becomes immense on every ultrasonic cleaner, time will tell how well this unit's built.

Amazon has perfected delivery. Impeccably packaged by (Chinese) manufacturer in custom cut foam corners, then again by Amazon. I have about 5 hours on this cleaner. Cleaned two cruded motorcycle carbs like new without using harsh chemicals which would degrade soft (O-rings and plastic) parts. Salvaged two ($20 ea.) clogged carb jets on first use...half the cost of the machine. Heating feature is effective. Two temps: the one you set. Then automatically defaults to tracking the heat rise on the display until cleaning fluid reaches set temp. A red led illuminates while heating, then led turns green at the temp you set and automatically stops heating. Cleaned clogged jets like new using combination of Krud Cutter, Limeaway, and water. Stainless steel housing is beautifully brush finished. I didn't ding them a star rating on the only slight fault: the soft keypad is not stuck on very straight. Probably the only thing done with human hands. Something I can ignore, but detracts from otherwise perfection. All this for the price of a US made toaster-oven. We better get our act together, America!!
