I have been using jojoba oil for a decade. It is very light and moisturizing for hair and skin. I use it(few drops) as a leave-in conditioner after I wash my hair. Before washing hair, I apply a tablespoon of this on the scalp and on the hair.I also use jojoba oil to remove my makeup including my eyes. This is very mild and works very well on the eyelashes for removing mascara and eyeliner. It does not dry out the lashes.I use it on my face, hands, and neck as a night moisturizer.

I use jojoba oil on my dry skin and my hair. It only takes a few drops at a time. Better than many more costly skin and hair care products.

After doing some online research, I purchased this product to use as a DIY cuticle oil. It rubs in well and has no detectable odor in its original state, so I added Lavender essential oil to it for the calming benefits at bedtime. It has worked better an any ready-made cuticle oil I've tried over the years. This helped prevent the dry, peeling cuticles I normally suffer year round. I apply a couple of drops onto my thumbnail & then distribute into my other fingers, massaging it into the cuticles. I usually add a few more drops to my palm and massage it into my hands as well. Wish I'd discovered Jojoba oil sooner!

I had started using jojoba oil with a tiny sample from another (more expensive) company and decided to give Desert Essence a try. It seems just as good as the pricy one so I will stick with DE brand. I use it on my scalp at night (2-3 drops) and massage it in to relieve dryness and hair thinning. I also use two drops on my face and neck after cleansing, as moisturizer. Last night I slathered it on my hands and put on cotton gloves overnight. This morning my hands and nails are smooth and soft.

I have had acne prone skin my entire life and have tried so many products and treatments both from dermatologists and OTC products like Proactive, benzoyl peroxide, natural products, accutane, everything. Jojoba oil has not only cleared my skin but also improved the texture and has diminished my fine lines and wrinkles. I use this oil as my cleanser to remove makeup and as my daily morning and night moisturizer. It works great under makeup (I set mine with loose powder and my makeup lasts all day). I love this jojoba oil and highly recommend.

I bought this hoping it would help my hair, which has thinned a lot and become very dry and lifeless. At the same time I am trying to improve my diet and in other ways, help my hair, skin and nails, and this takes at least a few weeks to see much result if its going to help. However, I tried rubbing my finger- and toe-nails daily with this jojoba oil and saw improvement in just a couple of days! My toenails and the ends of my toes had become thick, dry, and brittle, with dried skin around them, and only a few applications began to soften the skin and improve the nails noticeably. My fingernails had developed a lot of ridges running from the base to the tip and tended to break off easily, even when kept short. Jojoba oil applications almost immediately began to smooth out the ridges. So, while the jury is still out, so to speak, about my hair, the verdict is 'very effective' regarding nails.

This is a great value. My aesthetician told me jojoba oil is the best for removing make up and is the only one that should be used, especially if you have acne.

Bought this based on reviews. I like to use essential oils and was researching what to use as a carrier oil. Jojoba oil has many benefits on its own and can be mixed with oils such as lavender or frankincense which are used to improve the quality of your skin. I wanted something that had no additives and would not cause breakouts. It is a good product. There is no scent, it can be used with or without other oils. I have sensitive skin and am very fair so I tend to dry out, but this is as good or better than more expense moisturizers, It keeps my skin hydrated, but not greasy, I have even used it to remove makeup . I would recommend this product
