I'm a 56 year old woman who has battled depression most of my life. I now know my body/mind well enough that I can tell when I'm genuinely depressed or just feeling sad. I don't typically continue with my medication when I'm feeling good. Lately, and like many of us though, I've found myself in a rut due to all the aspects surrounding co-vid, but I'm not feeling the depression that I know so well, so am not currently taking any medication. I never thought I could feel 'as good' as I used to until I found this product. It's not a stimulant, but It makes me feel like myself. I now look forward to the things I used to enjoy (I run frequently and it has recently become more of a chore than anything) and actually get excited and plan my next workout. I’ve been taking adrenal support for a while and recently started buying this brand. I love them! They don’t leave a weird taste in my throat like the last ones I tried, I’m sleeping better, have more energy, and, most importantly, I’m feeling less anxious! And you can’t beat the price! Using this product has caused me to bleed from my nose and caused my period to be off. I spent a month spotting on and off getting my period 2 times until I figured out that these were the problem. I know they are because I had taken them a couple years ago and stopped for the same reason. After a while I thought it was coincidence and decided to try them again. After about 2 months of taking them and having bloody noses and messed up menstral cycles I stopped everything went back to normal. I could not return or contact the seller about them. So here is my review.
