This product was mistakenly put on the human amazon market when it was meant for giants. It's an easy mistake... I've almost done it a million times attempting to sell lilly potion on the fairy market, or cow femer toothpicks on the giant market, but I clicked human market. DANET! When a regular human attempts to workout with these bands it sure is fun, but doesn't quite get the muscles pumping. I will be honest, I've sat bouncing the bar up and down in a shoulder press motion for longer than I'd like to admit, but it made me feel like a kid again... getting lost in absurd repetitive motions because you can. So I give it three stars to hopefully remind the seller to update the listing to the correct species.

It’s a good Concept. I don’t feel there is much resistance and you really have to roll the straps up which makes it a little more difficult to use. Would be nice to have different options for resistance.

I bought it for me but guess what my son use it everyday so it works out for the both of us.

I liked the bar its study and doesn't take up too much room. I can use it for my arms, glutes and core.

Received the product few days ago and used for couple days. I really like the portable design and it can easily stored. It is easy to assemble with the instruction. Nice color and sturdy. By the way, it also come with workout guide which also helpful.

Very good product, works well with my core and glute. If you are already very strong you might find the resistance be little weak. But for small person like me this is perfect. Quality is good for it price, overall light and easy to use.
