After reading some of the other reviews, I was most worried that this product wouldn't be stable. It is stable, no worries in that department. Even with my kids starting to use it and the hammock chair as a piece of equipment for their gymnastics, it has been holding up.The fact that I don't like about it, is that the hammock chair is only able to move and turn very little, due to the design. If you lean back in the hammock chair, your head will go through the two metal bars in the back, and then you can barely turn the hammock chair anymore (#1 in attached picture). If you move over to the side, to be outside of those two bars, then the wooden bar from the hammock chair prevents you from turning any further (#2 in attached picture). If you don't mind that, go for it. It's solidly built and priced very reasonably. An ideal hammock chair stand would have to have an arm reaching much further out/ forward, allowing the chair to hang and turn around freely without any restrictions.

Wonderful for my kids. If your kiddo is looking for exercise this is not for you. They will bonk their head on the poles. Great for slow moving swings.

First thing first I ordered 2 stands and they shipped super quick for the size of the packages. I was worried that these and the other stands sold on Amazon wouldn't hold up to the weight as I am 6'1 250lbs. Let me tell you these stands don't even budge when I drop into my chair hammock. I love them. Easy to put together and assemble as my wife and I both did one each. Only thing that I could even possibly say bad about this item is that they are rather large but they have to be and outside of mounting a chair hammock directly to your ceiling this is the only option that works. I am looking at buying 2 more for my back porch in the spring.

I would like to give this product five stars, but I can’t because some of the photos advertised are not true. There are no welded legs at the base of the stand. Would probably be great if there were. So far the stand is fine, but I think the pictures advertised are deceptive, so I’m deducting two stars.

Item is very easy to assemble. My husband was able to do it by his self in a matter of minutes. This item is very large so if you are limited on space this is probably not the product for you. This is on our deck where space is not an option. Very sturdy easily held myself and 3 year old niece. We never felt like it would tip over. I did notice a little rust on it after only 6 weeks, but again it's on the deck and exposed to the elements.

I bought this for a hammock chair and I’m sitting in it as I type this and I’ll be honest. It’s extremely sturdy. I’m 5’7 and 260 pounds and it’s able to hold me just fine. It was super easy to assemble even with only a picture to go by. It was shipped and packed well and Its not wobbly even when my 2 year old nephew played around the stand. It was larger than I expected but it was exactly what they said it was dimension wise. I highly recommend this. I love that it was adjustable too. It’s perfect!

No complaints, might be overpriced a bit when compared to competitive products

This thing is enormous. Very sturdy, but kind of awkward how big it is.Every single piece of mine was scratches and scuffed up when I got it. The box was totally fine and packaged safely so it wasn't because of shipping. That was a little irritating.
