When I received the family tree it looked even better than online.Good value for money.sellers very accommodating to my requests.

I ordered this for my mum as a gift for mother's day. It's really, easy to send your personalisation through.It arrived quickly and the tree and hearts are gorgeous. The tree is easy to assemble and looks fabulous. My mum's going to love it.Would definitely recommend

I ordered 10 of these for mums anniversary. Delivery time listed as speedy (few days) and reviews looked promising. They were to be sent to various family locations across UK. Contacted seller after some weeks who cited postal system (Royal Mail) for sluggish arrival times. Though promised in the system and due to arrive. Sadly only 1 of the 10 ordered arrived after approximately a month. A poor statistic of success. The item now no longer available. The one that did arrive was like a child’s crafting project with all the parts in pieces and needing placed & glued to assemble. The wood was more like thick cardboard than the feel of timber. Pity as I thought was such a lovely idea to commemorate an emotional time in all the intended recipients lives

Was missing a few pieces when I received but when I emailed them they sent me out the missing pieces. I was hounding them with emails and I was getting anxious as it was getting close to Xmas and this was a present but they stayed very calm and patient with me and I received the missing pieces in time for Xmas 🙂 when I glued the pieces together I did leave to dry and I wrapped it up. When I gave it to my family member a few pieces needed to be glued back on again. But there was plenty of glue available 😁
