Great Recipes
I ordered this book as "Used-Good Condition". I paid a fraction of what the cost for a new one is and was so surprised when I received my copy...it is literally brand new! I love a bargain!PRO: This cookbook has a good variety of foods and recipes that take minimal time to prepare. I also appreciate the ingredient lists. They are not terribly long or chocked full of pricey and obscure ingredients that I'd never use on a regular basis.CON: If your kitchen is anything like mine, most things used to cook with are pretty mainstream. With that being said, in order to make healthier meals, a commitment has to be made which comes at a cost, i.e., monetarily to replace them with healthier options. However, at the end of the day, I'm happy to do so for peace of mind! Knowing the food being fed to the family isnt toxic garbage makes me happy and excited for a healthier lifestyle.

Great Healthy Cookbook
I enjoy how the author makes the recipes pretty simple and straightforward. She also educates or for me reminds me of really paying attention to ingredients and where your food comes from.

Love it!
I absolutely love this book! There is so much valuable information about how our food industry works and how to stick to REAL food. I made the Zucchini blueberry muffins and my family loves them! Everything I have made from this book comes out great! The Chick-fil-A sandwich is awesome too!

Vital Informed Choices
Such an excellent cookbook with absolutely need-to-know info and recipes to make informed decisions for healthy eating. Your body is your temple! Highly recommend.

Amazing Cookbook! Delicious & Nutritious Meals!
I absolutely love everything that Vani Hari stands for. She is trying to change the food industry and what we eat for the better! I was so excited to buy this cook book because I’ve made a recipe from her website and I try to eat organically and healthy as possible while still having the food taste delicious. This book did not disappoint!!! So far I’ve made the Chick-Fil-A sandwiches (not hard to make and it was AMAZING! Pretty darn close to the original without any sketchy ingredients!), the sloppy joes (another winner!), no sugar hot chocolate (delicious!) and the turkey kale soup which I’ve been making for awhile now. (Food Babe got me to love kale!) I can’t wait to try the buffalo cauliflower - got the ingredients for it now! Btw - I’ve bought many of her supplements from Truvani and everything is amazing there too! 500 stars Food Babe! Well done! Note - I was NOT paid to write this review

Healthy ?Butter?And so on….Lots of breakfast and then very flat but again very disappointing over allSpend your money on something more interesting and healthier

The book does not mention that it has non vegetarian recipes. Being a pure vegetarian it was a wrong buy for me. And i am unable to return it.

I love her work.
Food Babe writes good , healthy sense that is not that common really. She gets it right and does not engage in fancy foot work but teaches you about real ,healthy nourishing food in a way you can related to with ease.Lots of people tell you to eat more healthily....great.... but how? This is a wonderful source of clear information.

Great Cookbook For Our Health
I am not the greatest when it comes to cooking (hello microwave) but Vani's cookbook has made me realize "I can do this to better my overall health.Thanks to her insights, I read up on some of the nasty junk, purveyor's of fine frozen and boxed food products, use. Bleech

The 'Food Babe Kitchen' is a fabulous book that both reveals need-to-know insights about toxin laden manufactured food & how to make far better choices with easy to follow healthy & very tasty recipes instead.
