TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Unfortunately the seller of this item has poor customer service. I bought this item because I love Ed hardy shoes. After putting the shoes on for the first time one of the snaps broke off on the right shoe after like 20 minutes. Not a big deal probably just a minor manufacturer detail I should be able to return these and get a new pair since I really would enjoy owning a pair. To my surprise the seller informed me that since the shoes were worn they could not be replaced. That is poor customer service in my opinion and if I could give negative stars I probably would.

Ed Hardy Melrose Sneaker from Virtual Exchange
These sneakers look great but have little resistance to normal wear and tear. They seem to break down and start to fall apart rather quickly. They are not a good "everyday" shoe. It's what you would expect from a counterfeit Ed Hardy product, but these are supposedly the real deal?

First time ever buying Ed Hardy or any shoes on Amazon and totally pleased. Came in original box/wrapping,great condition,no flaws and fit as was advertised. Very comfortable and easy to get on and off withe the simple snap closures. Will totally purchase future shoes from this place.
