Snug, comfy fit for sighthound-body dogs
My service dog is a 30 lb mixed breed, and at least one of the breeds in her mix is a sighthound- she has a robust chest, a tucked in waist, a "swoop" from the ribs to the belly, and her head is long, narrow, and smaller in circumference than her neck. I work her from my power wheelchair, which is 400 lbs, so it's crucial she stays securely in her harness. With her original harness, if she stopped walking and I kept moving, the harness would slide right off her head. I use a bridge handle and a backup leash, but both are attached to her harness, because every collar I've used will slip right off her head as well. A friend posted a picture of her dog on social media, wearing the ALBCORP Service Dog Vest Harness, and I realized her pup was shaped like mine. I ordered a Medium, as her measurements put her between sizes, and was happy to find it fit her perfectly. There were no gaps when adjusted properly, and the velcro is excellent quality and has a firm hold. The locking buttons for the buckles are an extra layer of protection against the harness coming off. We've been out for walks about ten times since getting the harness, and my dog discovered quickly that she can't slide out of her harness anymore. If she stops when I'm still moving, the harness stays securely in place, and she realizes she needs to keep moving. Problem solved! The only negative thing I can say about this product is that the slide buckles for adjusting strap length are very tight. If you have weakness in your hands, like I do, it may take help to adjust the straps to get the best fit. It definitely took fine tuning the straps to get a comfortable, snug fit for my dog, so keep that in mind. I would absolutely buy this again, and I'd recommend it to a friend, especially if they have a dog with a narrow head.

Simple & very well made
I rescued 2 abused 2 year old chihuahua terrier mix. "Harley" and "Daisy" (Harley Davison) . I have no issues with motorcycle enthusiasts, because I was one myself, but the jerk that tried to beat anger into these poor helpless animals, well, I would like to have 10 minutes in a locked room with him! Fortunately his wife had seen enough of the senseless abuse and took both "Harley" and "Daisy" to a independent rescue in Brea, CA. I received a call from the owner /mgr. of the rescue and took them both. The male dog Harley was unusually large for his breed, and very strong. He had sores around his neck and chest area from a bad collar and harness. After several medicated baths it was time to find the "right harness" for Harley. After a lot of reading reviews and quality comparisons I purchased the "ALBCORP" brand. It has been great for Harley and myself on the other end of the leash. I'm very pleased with the ALBCORP harness and I know Harley loves the comfort and sturdyness as he is now in a new happy home with his sister Daisy and me. Both still need more time, love, and patience after months though they both are beginning to trust other people and other dogs when they are on their happy walks. I highly recommend the ALBCORP products. #DogsRule ❤️

This Is The One
I've been searching for the right harness for my Mobility Assist Dog. After six years and continued training she's suddenly decided it's fun to take her vest off. I don't mind this in 75% of situations, it's the other 25% that make me want to beat my head on a wall. This vest is escape proof. It's also comfortable, durable, easy to clean, and attractive. She seems to like it, she hasn't even attempted to take it off, which is a big plus. It also works beautifully for pulling my chair putting the weight on her shoulders and chest where it should be. The extra plastic loops on the side are handy for hanging her tags and such. I appreciate the steel D-ring whereas so many companies are switching to plastic. Add to all that its reflective surfaces and you have an all around high quality vest at a price that can't be beat.

Know your dog when determining sizing.
After using a cheap vest for my dog a couple of times, I decided to give this one a try. Because my smallish 14.5 lb. dog fit at the end of measurements for XS and the start for S, I asked the vendor which size they suggested, before purchasing, and that was a Small. It arrived quickly and is overall a marvelous vest...well made, sturdy, easy to adjust. But, as I suspected, it is too bulky on my dog, even adjusted as small as it goes - and then some, needing to shorten the neck Velcro beyond the max (see photo) - which is the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating. He is wearing it correctly, but even with the neck adjustment at the smallest limit, he would pee all over the tummy belt. It is closer than the photo depicts. There is more then plenty of length behind his front legs to where the strap hits his belly, so I will reorder a size smaller (XS) and hope that even at the maximum of sizing allowed, it will fit much more comfortably than the Small. I really want to make this vest work for him; it is a nice vest overall!

She loves this one
My pup wears this vest with no complaints. No scratching., pulling or irritation. She walks as if it is not even on her. The vest is well designed (wish there were more sticker options) (need to stop being lazy and sew on the added stickers). Great product and super comfy for my pup. I bout a large (I think) and she fits it on the smallest size and it works. Plenty of room for her to grow into it so a great buy indeed.

Weird fit and hard to get refund.
Absolutely horrendous product do not buy this. It does not fit the natural shape of the dog and you cannot get a refund without shipping through USPS.

Maybe for a comfort dog, not for actual working service dog
Good overall vest, but the extra large size doesn't fit my service dog who is a small Sheppard, as it is too small. Velcro is convenient, but for security, I think buckles would have been better. My medical alert dog wears her vest for long hours everyday. Although Velcro is an option, it just doesn't hold up to straps with snaps or buckles. Good vest for a support dog who only wears it's vest an hour or two a week, but I don't recommend for a actual working service dog.

A good vest
I like this harness. It doesn’t appear to impede my dog’s movement at all. She does not hesitate to follow a sit command like she does in the no pull harness (for when she’s not working and knows it). If she’s not moving exactly where I told her to, I can pick her up (all 50 pounds of her) and put her where I told her to go. I don’t feel like this harness is going to fall apart. However, the Velcro is getting rather fluffy (step one to Velcro losing its grab), and isn’t taking long to do so. As long as the clips hold, this vest will stay sturdy. (I’ve worked with a dog that’s 85 pounds of pure muscle, so I have limited trust for plastic buckles.) but these buckles lock, so perhaps that adds to their strength. I also love the visibility stitching. With a dog with black fur, I want visibility everything.
