Excellent Customer Service
We purchased this backpack a little over a year ago for my son's first week at BSA Camp. He used it 4 or 5 times in at other BSA weekend camping trips since then. We noticed that it was not holding up well, the stitching was loosening, a zipper broke, the lining was peeling. We emailed the seller and they sent a whole new bag, which was of much better quality than the first one. We are very pleased with the upgraded bag and are looking forward to trying it out both at BSA Summer Camp and CAP Encampment this summer.

The seam on the shoulder strap was coming apart. I didn’t want to return it so I sewed it but kind of annoying.

Not a durable backpack
Nylon fabric interior coating is cracking and flaking and seams are ripping after two months of daily use as a school backpack

You can get the same pack cheaper.

Badly made.
This bag seemed nice but shortly after my husband started using it it started to test and Rio. Now has holes in it that can not be fixed. He is not rough on his belongings and only uses it to take his stuff to work with him. Really disappointed.

Love this backpack!
Bought it as a go-bag for camping or emergencies, and I love it. Its bigger than it looks and i cant wait to use it this summer!

Decent size, cheap zippers
For the price, it's a decent bag. Zippers are cheap, already have one broken after one use. I would spend more to get something that will hold up better. The reviews pulled me into this one.I have since purchased other bags and don't use this one at all for what i intended to use it for.

Vraiment bien fait.....
Pour la promenade en forêt,,,,Parfait..Ce sac à dos peu contenir beaucoup de matériel et il est très bien conçu et confortable.

Too many straps around the bag, the quality of the holding straps are not that great and short in length.

From the picture you think its high quality. But was quite suprised by the thin material used... this is not the first military back pack i bought but this product quality is the worst.
