runs way too small
I bought a 4T and barely fit my daughter. She typically wears 3T. Washed once and shrinked. She wears it as a pajama top now.

The material is (I think) corduroy. Too heavy material for hot days. I typed in summer and this dress came up, but it is not for summer.
