Rockjame Trundle Bunk Beds, Wood Twin Over Twin Bunk Bed Frame with Stairs, Storage and Safety Guard Rail (White)

The stair supports were too far back for the joining piece to attach so we had to disassemble glued/screwed pieces that came assembled and reset in correct places before being able to move forward. In one instance we did not realize a stair support was incorrectly placed so we had to actually cut the end off for the stair door to fit properly. Instructions were illegible at best and what was legible was incredibly confusing. Several times we had to partially assemble pieces to make sure they all fit correctly before tightening because the instructions were so vague. Many holes were predrilled...in the wrong places, especially on the stairs. One stair piece was not even the same shape as shown in the diagram. We were short one large specialty screw and had to stop mid assembly to go purchase one at the local hardware store. Overall a very unpleasant furniture assembly (this is coming from someone who enjoys assembling furniture).

Not one of the easiest projects i have delt with. Instructions to build are horrible. Diagrams do not match the product. I had to guess on some of the assembly. There was damage and broken pieces. There were parts that were drilled incorrectly. So had to call thier customer service numbe. Had to stop and now waiting for them to deliver the correct pieces. Had to use my own tools due to the allen head they put in being stripped. Be careful ordering white does scratch easily

Instructions could have been more detailed/clear. Screws and other hardware need better labeling system other than fingernail sized numbered pieces of paper mixed in. Expect a full day of assembly, especially if putting together solo. Once together bed is mostly great. Trundle doesn’t fit even with the 6” mattress that others say works.

Missing 2 number 6 screws. Still waiting for an email back so we can get them

Easy to assemble and really sturdy for the Kiddos. Great storage too. Did not need t oassemble the Trundle bed.

Solid product. Takes two to put it together and the pictures could be better but the product was definitely worth it
