I loved both of the shampoo and conditioner, but I think this company is no longer operating, because I can no longer purchase these items...they are always out of stock. They gave me just the right amount of purple highlights on gray hair and I got lots of compliments. Everyone thought it was dye.

I was using the shampoo and the conditioner but I had to stopped.The shampoo is watery, doesn't clean, or help with the color. It damaged it, I lost a lot of hair trying to brush it, the texture of my hair now its bad.The conditioner did not conditioned my hair, stains the tub if its not rinsed immediately.These is the worst shampoo and conditioner I ever used. I normally don't spend a lot of money on hair products but I wanted to try this promising product but I am very disappointed. It's sad seeing my hair so damaged, dried, unmanageable... It's expensive. A $1 shampoo is better than this product. Now I am spending a lot of money trying to fix my hair but so far nothing is working. I can't recommend this product.The only reason I gave 1 star is because the bottle looks nice.

I love the softness of the product and how it makes my hair not only softer but blends my grays and the few blonds left into a more blended hair color. Brightens my grays as well. Love the way my hair feels after using it. The shampoo is thin and creamy and the conditioner is thick and creamy. You don't need a lot of either of the products. There is no residue either. All you have is soft, shiny hair. My hair is naturally curly. Gray in front, some dyed blond areas that I am growing out, and dark brown from crown to ends.

This shampoo and conditioner are a very nice combination and work well to achieve coloration results. The problem I had was, my husband and I noticed we were having severe allergies in our home after I received it and placed it in my shower. It took a few days to pinpoint what was causing the irritation (thinking it might be some flowers I had bought), but after taking the combo outside, the allergies stopped. Still, I tried using it and liked the results I got despite the strong scent... but now, I've started getting itchy bumps on my head. This product just isn't going to work for me.

I have really dry hair.... third product would be awesome for someone who had atty least one haircut since last January due to the pandemic.But, my hair aahs skin have always been dry. It's just me. I need a shampoo and conditioner that can soften my hair without multiple added products post shower... and, I shower and wash my hair daily.I'm returning it ONLY because of my dry, home colored hair to blonde.Otherwise, I do recommend this product for people that have a great hairdresser. And, it's less expensive than all other purple shampoos. Those name brands don't work at all. At least this product does remove the gold, yellow from my hair.

I love the way it smells and the way it leaves my hair.... nice and soft. Also it leaves my Grey very white and shiny.DO NOT leave the conditioner too long because your grey will turn purple. I also take it with me when I go to my hair salon and my hairdresser loves it on my hair as well. I had tried other ones but this one is the best one for my hair.

As far as getting my hair clean and manageable, it works ok. The color is nice and purple. I can’t really speak to how well it combats brassiness, as my hair is already platinum and purple. I can attest, though, that the shampoo is very thin and runny. It also does not lather very much.The biggest issue to me, though, is the smell. WHY does it smell so terrible?? The scent (of both the shampoo and conditioner) is strong and smells like the cologne your slightly sweaty middle school science teacher wore back in the 80s. It’s highly-scented and cloying. The only saving grace is that the scent doesn’t seem to linger on my hair. Because of the scent, I will choose another brand of purple shampoo going forward.

The fear of every blonde is to have a yellow or orange tint in her hair. This situation can be avoided if you use this set of shampoo and conditioner.
