This works well for me. This all natural supplement is a must have for me. I need all of its benefits: natural pain reliever, mood stabilizer, etc.

I just want to let anyone with anxiety or panic attacks that this might not be the best thing to take. Now, everyone reacts differently to supplements and medication. I tried this because I was feeling a mild depression. I took half a tablet of this and an hour later my heart was pounding. It triggered anxiety and I couldn't sleep well and then in the morning I was still feeling strange/anxious. It took days to feel completely back to normal. Now I'm not blaming it completely in this l-tryptophan but I definitely feel like it was a trigger. I wouldn't try it again.

This had worked the best for me of all the supplement approaches to anxiety. However it only works a short period and provides more of a euphoria then an anxiety reduction. Good as an early morning routine.

This supplement works very well for insomnia.
