Hard to use when its missing parts. The suction cup base didnt come with the shipment so I now have a punching bag thats a foot shorter than me and that falls over at the slightest touch. Unless I bolt it to the floor, and find a way to raise it substantially this will not do me any good.Its sad as the bag itself seems well made and I was looking forward to using it.UPDATE:So the base arrived 3 days later. Im moving this to 2 stars because everything arrived but thats all I can do. The plug for the base is inside the unit which makes it extremely difficult/impossible to remove without proper tools and a lot of luck. I gave up after a week using my automotive bolt grabber. Sealed the hole with gorilla tape after putting over 140 lbs of sand in it. We used the suction cups on a solid tile floor as well.End result?My 16 year old daughter knocks this thing over like its a birthday candle. I have to brace it for her. Created quite a mess but thats on me for thinking it would stay standing based on the description. Will try silicone or something more permanent. In the end however this isnt what was described, presented nor will it do what we had desired without me making some serious modifications to it. The bag itself is fine. Its everything else thats lacking.

If youre a professional fighter this isnt for you. However if youre an agility fighter and like to move fast this is all you need. Since we are in a pandemic i wanted to buy something that would help maintain physical activity. I bought this so far ive been happy, buyer beware, if you have a strong punch that consists of 350 pounds or more then look for something sturdier. for kids, women, or agility fighters this is perfect.

I really love this but I wish it was a little sturdier. I filled the bottom but if I kick it as hard as I’d like it flies across my yard. I had to go with a punching bag like this since I cannot hang one anywhere Olin my house or property. It’s great for some cardio, but not the best if you plan to pull on beat down on it

It was easy to assemble, and, overall, it does the job of what I need. But it’s squeaky and loud. This bag will work for someone who only does kickboxing as a way to workout and get fit, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a serious boxer or someone who is already fit and needs a solid bag to work on.

Customer service was amazing. UPS had some shipping problems and they got right back to me within a day every time I contacted them about something. The bag itself is high quality. It's a little smaller and skinnier than the Wave Master type model, but it's also much less expensive. It doesn't have quite as much resistance as I am used to, but it is a great value for the price. Mine is on a tile floor so the suction cups work super good. Helps to give a little extra resistance.

For the price you pay it’s a good bag. The suckers for the floor don’t work at all and like everyone else has mentioned, I also had a really hard time adding sand to the base because the hole is so small.

This definitely meets the need for what I'm looking for, with respect to my workouts. I wanted to add cardio to my routine, and I get tired of getting on the treadmill or spin bike. The punching bag gives me free movement to enjoy a different kind of cardio.

I bought this bag for my Grandson's birthday. He takes martial arts classes and because of COVID, his classes have been on zoom. He can now use the bag to do much more and get better results then just punching/ kicking the air.
