Used it earlier in the morning and seems to have assisted in releasing, some to nearly most of the trapped fluid around my abdominal area. Used the device for 10 to 15 minutes. The area is not not as tight and uncomfortable as it has been. Only grievance I have, the length of the cord.Yes, you can feel the little light jolts of electric but it is not super uncomfortable. Heat works.Will see what results I have in the next couple of weeks.
