Complicated and boring but worthwhile.
Need to know how to return duplicate item. Unopened and not ordered. Want to make certain it’s not charged to my account ! Also, how to return for a refund a. product used but stopped working.

Not 100%
It turned out pretty well. I was not 100% happy with the color choices in the man's wrist and the womens forearm. It's a lot of work to not be 100% happy. Plus it is a gift.

Kit Incompleto
El kit no esta completo, la cantidad de diamantes en uno de los sobres no son los que se requiere para completar el color. El sobre contiene solo 5 unidades (las que no son suficientes para completar el color 3-225) . Deseo saber que procede en este caso.

Art canvas useless
Adhesive backing came completely off the canvas when removing the protective covering. Made the canvas useless. Very disappointed, this was going to be a gift

That all beads are in the kit and the pattern is clearly defined. Wonderful to work on.
This was a delight to make. I found it could have been defined a bit better. Hard to make out if in the wrong light. This is a gift for friends of mine who are having a baby. It will require the perfect frame to highlight the picture properly.
