This is my 2nd purchase of this knife. I had to replace it, because someone in my family decided to lose my other one. (Even though they weren't supposed to touch it) If taken care of properly, this knife will last forever. I love it!

I ordered this yesterday and got it today. It is just as described. I used it right away and cut some tomatoes. It was so easy. The knife just slid right through the tomato. There is a piece to protect the point. I just wish it had a sheath to protect it and me. Very nice paring knife.

Really sharp, be careful while using

This knife in unbelievably sharp. I was carrying to the table and it lightly grazed my other hand and deeply sliced open my pinky finger about one & a half inches & looks like it cut into the blood vessel. I've never seen anything like it. It was really scary as I have never had such a deep cut but thankfully healing now.

I've used this knife for about 2 months now and am really impressed. It has great balance, takes and holds a decent edge and is very comfortable to use. It compares favorably to knives 3 times its price and is exceptional value for money.

I love this knife! It fits my hand perfectly and it is very sharp and holds its sharp edge for a long time. This is the fifth one I’ve purchased because they seem to mysteriously disappear from my kitchen. What the hell? I’ve bought other brands to replace the missing knives but none of them have measured up to this one so I keep ordering this same knife.
