Heissner 015195-00 Rattan Water Garden - Black

Well made, has a powerful pump which works very well when the riser pipe is set properly. The rattan surround is tidy and has a metal frame so very strong. Capacity is around 50 litres when filled right up. Not suitable for fish please note.

Decent sturdy product that is fairly easy to put together once you have the plug wired on and cable done (as previous reviews state, this does not come with a plug - I significantly cut down the cable so would have had to rewire the plug anyway, but still an inconvenience not coming with one!). Takes a little time to adjust the water flow and it sits higher in the base than I would like, meaning more affected by wind, and this is on the shortest setting. Comes with a fountain jet head too, rather than just the bubble. The bubble is quite affected by the wind, so you wouldn't want it turned on if too breezy as water blows out everywhere. The instructions say the pump is fine to be left out down to -20⁰c so don't really have to worry about frost damage in the uk.I've added 2 small pond plants, 4kg aquarium gravel that just around covers the whole bottom, and 3 small goldfish (definitely enough space for a couple of small fish!) comes together nicely.

Purchased a month ago, no plug on the feature so you will need to buy one. You have a lovely long cable and a couple of attachments for the fountain. Once in position and planted around it I think it is really quite attractive. Ideal for a small garden like mine and the sound of the water is lovely too.

Bought for my mum as she wanted a water feature but the garden isn’t suitable for a pond. This is perfect and she loves it.

very nice kit, cable is plenty long enough, pump is good, but overall youre paying for a bucket with a fancy cover and the pump has attachments which actually splash over the edge, wish id of known this when ordering, could make one cheaper!

Sehr schnell geliefert...allerdings ohne Stecker!!! Warum kann man so etwas nicht vorher vermerken, damit der Käufer weiß, dass er sich gleich einen Stecker besorgen muss,den er dann selbst anlöten und abschrauben muss! Es hat ja auch jeder nen Lötkolben und Ersatzstecker zuhause! Ich bin sehr verärgert darüber...man kann auch nicht direkt mit dem Verkäufer kommunizieren, sondern nur alles zurückschicken!

Have used this pond for my mother who has dementia. She enjoys watching the insects.

You need to buy a plug once added its easy to assemble , it consists of a solid plastic box which you fill with water and place the fountain in to it this takes some adjustment and wind consideration to get the water effect you want , then you just place the rattan outer box cover over the top , it was brought as a present which was well received and looks lovely in the garden.

Habe nicht wie erwartet ein neues Produkt erhalten, sondern ein bereits verwendetes UND beschädigtes! Stecker wurde vom Kabel geschnitten und fehlt. Das Becken selbst ist schmutzig und verbogen. Bestellung geht retour! Fotos folgen noch.

Great little pond but pump far too powerful for it would be better to sell it without the pump and it would be much cheaper

Having read the reviews on this product I ordered it with a little trepidation, but it’s really good, agreed it’s not very big but the fountain works really well and once it has a couple of plants in looks great. Ideal for small space.
