Indigo True Baking Half Sheet Pan and Rack Set - Commercial Grade Aluminum Half Size 18" x 13" and Stainless Steel Cooling Rack 11.5” x 16.5” | Oven Safe

Upon opening the package there were several dents in the pan which I presume is from the cooling rack and how the pan and rack is packaged together. I read several reviews that mentioned this but I was expecting that this issue would have been addressed by the time I ordered it. The solution seems to be so simple by just flipping the cooling rack so the stands on the rack dont press into the pan and face upward. I have not used this pan yet and hope the denting doesn't jeopardize the integrity of the pan but this is a disappointing first impression (no pun intended).**I will recognize Indigo True's effort to accommodate their customers as they did send me a new pan (dent free) as a courtesy. Therefore I will give them 5 stars for their consideration, as it was originally 2 stars which may have been a little harsh to begin with.**The pan is heavy duty, works well, and is easy to clean by the way so they should've received at least 3 or 4 stars. I probably should have used the pan before rating it but was disappointed in first opening it.

I bought this pan because I needed a bigger pan then the one I had and a screen. The combination of both screen and pan is great. Fits right in there properly. However, the actual "floor space" of the pan measures at 11 1/2" x 16 1/4" because the sides are tapered. I was looking for a bigger pan but because of that, it's actual size is the same as some others that I have. However, this pan cooked great. No warping, and it cleaned up fine. For what I was going to use it for it ended up a little small, but going forward It will be a nice addition to the one that I have. If you need a sheet this side with the screen, I would buy it.

This is definitely a nice looking set when it arrives. I have not used it yet, but I use pans like this for roasting vegetables, so I'm hoping it holds up. I did not see the review about how the pan could not handle citrus until after I bought it. I use a lot of lemon juice for flavor, so I'm hoping this holds up. We'll see, I guess! Either way, the cooling rack will be great to have. For some reason, I was not able to find one at any of the stores in my town, so I'm happy to have that.

A wonderful necessity! Plus, owned and operated by a small business. We have only used it twice to bake breaded chicken, but both times the chicken came out nice and crispy because the rack allows heat to flow underneath the pieces instead of getting soggy. Hint, flip them over halfway through cooking time for even crispness! I was also impressed that the owner of the company, Indigo True Company, sent me an email asking for feedback and making sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I buy stuff off of Amazon all the time and should leave more responses. Thanks for the nudge Irene and I hope to respond to other small business and their great products.

Didn't use immediately when purchased, but now that I've used it a couple of times for basic baking and cooling, I'd say it works well. It's easy to use, nice and large (more cookies on the pan = less time waiting to bake all of the batter/dough before getting out of the kitchen). Easy to clean, store, etc. No problems and think it has worked well when baking crescent rolls/cookies/fries/etc. baking convection style and regular.

Exactly what I expected. For the price, you can't beat it. Ideally, the aluminum would be a little bit thicker, but for the price I'm 100% satisfied. This is great for cooking bacon using the rack on top of the sheet, or baking cookies and using the rack to cool them.

I haven't used it yet - but it appears solid and a good product. I actually wanted/thought I ordered a smaller size to fit into the small oven of my stove. I need one about 9x13. I'll probably give this one as a gift.

I was looking for a cooling rack - then came upon this - what a great package deal. I had bought cooling racks from the store but they never really fit the sheet pan correctly. But with this set, it takes out the guess work. They fit beautifully together and clean up is a breeze. I also prefer the steel mesh vs the black coated racks. All in all, very happy with the purchase and will continue buying products from Indigo True Company.
