Pretty accurate, though as with any pipe you have to find the 'sweet spot' for pressure. I found that the D on this pipe is a touch off no matter how I vary the pressure, but the other notes are fairly accurate. I can get close with the D and then finish tuning it with the other strings.

It is a good pitch pipe
It is a good pitch pipe. I do not think I am a good tuner. I try but I am not 100% on pitch.
