overwhelming first few chapters
I have to agree with other reviewer‘s at the first few chapters are a little overwhelming. But the book is definitely binge material I stayed up all night reading it because I just need to know what happened next and where things went. I really wish there was an epilogue!!!

surprising
At first there seems to be too much of an agenda, diversity among characters, special needs, abuse, it runs the gamut of every possible currently focal point possibilities. But the author manages to take all of that and still write a story where, in the end, those things aren’t in the way of enjoying the story. Some might say they are shoving an agenda down your throat (depending on who you are), but I feel that the author managed to do it. In the end it’s the simple romantic story you normally expect to get, that you are choosing before you even choose the book. The characters are genuine and the plot…feasible? Certainly this book has more depth and development than any of the others I have read recently.

Sweet and endearing.
I loved the banter and the problems that they were both able to overcome. Looking forward to reading more books by this author

How love comes to our lives? it's always different
So, here it goes another romantic novel for my collection. I have to say I really enjoy the turnabouts in this story. The author does a great job giving the two half of the stories in this book, which keeps the reader from being anxious about how the story would end up. It might have been a bit predictable, it reminded me of Four from Divergent and his situation. What I relaly liked about this book was the fact that not everything works around love, there are more important factors that could endangered that pure feeling over a life, so I really recommend this to people who just want feel the pure state of how love comes to our lives.

Such pathos!
Cindy captured my attention from the very first line, "I don't feel anything anymore." She fluidly molded together two people with different backgrounds, both with a secret to hide. Charlie is fiercely protective of her mother, Cora. I fell in love with her mother because she had such a child-like wonder and love. Benjamin "fakes it 'til he makes it" with the girls and then he drops them to keep his heart protected. 2 dates seems to be the maximum he'll go before he met Charlie. I love how Charlie doesn't automatically fall for him. She sees through him. Charlie comes in and chips away with an imaginary adz on Benjamin little by little as they let each other into each other's world. I felt my heartstrings being plucked more than once. (I also loved it because she mentioned my favorite singer's name, Josh Groban!) The End of Feeling leaves you with so many feelings long after the story is over.

Wow
First you have Benjamin -- king of the school, Captain of the football team, has his pick of the girls in the school and a heart that is untouchable (just ask all the girls he has left behind) and a secrets he has kept too himself for years with no intent of telling anyone. Then you have Charlie -- new girl, plenty of secrets of her own and after being warned about Benjamin has no intent of letting him anywhere near. Beautifully written story that at times breaks your heart seeing the realistic struggles the characters -- learning to trust and let others in and close to you, healing, strength and courage.

Ben and Charlie
This book moved really slowly for me. I finally skipped over several chapters to get to the end. I also really did not understand Bens mom and I don’t think I could forgive her if I was him. She should have done the right thing by him.

Enjoyed
I enjoyed reading this book and the story line. The author did a very good job building the characters and having the reader understand them. I also enjoyed the authors writing style. The book was fast paced and very entertaining. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that it followed the typical romance format which is the norm : rise fall rise. I do love that it was not a cliffhanger because those books drive me crazy. Yes I will read other books by this author and recommend it to a friend

Pretty good
Very sweet and emotional story but the ending was a little fast for me. It felt like the author didn't have enough time or space to finish it properly.
