I like baking, on a semi-regular basis
I am not an avid cook. i am not an expert at anything culinary. I like baking, on a semi-regular basis, but in general I avoid spending time in the kitchen. I like my recipes to be simple and my utensils to be practical, effective, and easy to clean. That being said, I love these pans. They are incredibly easy to clean, bake thoroughly, and it's very easy to pop the muffins right out of them once they've cooled. So long as you remember the pan is more flexible than a metal one and should be placed on a cookie sheet for moving in and out of the oven to prevent catastrophic floppage and thus spillage of muffin batter and/or baked muffins, they are a must-have for anyone ranging from a hesitant baker to a hobby chef.

Perfect for egg muffins!
I’ve been a fan of making egg muffins for my breakfast. They’re quick and easy, cooked and ready to go in about 30 minutes total. Unfortunately no matter how much no stick spray I used on my metal cupcake try the egg would stick so bad. I would waste half the egg muffin because it would stick and break off into chucks and no matter how much I scrubbed the egg wouldn’t come off. This product is amazing! I just used it and I’m in shock. The egg muffins are perfect. No egg was wasted and nothing stuck to the pan! The stuff that was still on the pan which was hardly anything (see picture) came off so easily. Also to top it off, you basically get two silicone trays for the price of one!! Highly recommend!

Great, but flimsy
These are great. Make cupcakes without the tins. Or muffins. Or meatloaf. It is really nice to have things just slip out, and it makes clean up really easy because NOTHING sticks to this stuff. The only design flaw for these things is that the pan is really flimsy. You have to use two hands when moving it (especially before baking, because stuff will spill everywhere). It would be perfect if there was a solid edging or something to keep it from being so floppy around the edges.

Really pleased with these!
I'm really happy with these. I've been using them for the whole wheat low-fat muffins I make and they've worked great. The muffins aren't exactly non-stick, being low-fat and all, and they don't just fall out of the pan when cooled but they are still easily removed. After allowing them to cool until they're easy to handle I just push up from the bottom and pop them out. Basically just turning the cups inside out. Just getting them started moving is all it takes. They can even be pulled out if you can get a grip on the muffin top. I'm also very pleased with the fact that they go in the dishwasher and don't tend to hold little crumbs in the edges. Lastly, the muffins have always come out in one piece. I'm not sure how much that's due to the recipe but I wanted to mention it.

Start out great
Started out good, flimsy, but fine under a cookie sheet. Haven’t used them in probably a few years, they’ve been in the cabinet, pulled them out to use them, they’re all black, I tried washing them, don’t know if it’s mold or some sort of defect.. can’t find customer service to ask..

Very Thin and Floppy!
I can't believe I'm writing a negative review - I try to be positive, but I guess truth wins over positivity, and I'm tired of paying for JUNK. I can't imagine how these are getting such great reviews unless others got a different product than I did. They are SO thin and flimsy, that once you fill them, there is no way to get them to the oven without them collapsing and spilling.I expected there to be a thicker, more rigid framework. As you can see from the photo, even without the weight of the filling, they are completely floppy. Unless you want to fill them while they are on the oven rack, it would take a firm pulling hand at each of the four corners to transport them before baking. Are they supposed to just be LINERS for a muffin tin? If so - they do not seem to be a standard size. The only way I will be able to use these for muffins is if I place them on a cookie sheet, which will interfere with the heat circulation.I bought them for freezing pureed baby food, and while there were no issues with cracking (as one person asked about), just finding a flat place in the freezer to support them was impossible. I only used them once. I paid less than what they are offered for right now, but it was still WAY too much! Very disappointed in these.

Problem solved! In love, mess-free baking!
I recently gave up on the cupcake tin I've had. After the last bake, nothing I tried would truly clean it, and even when I used sprays, there wasn't a consistent finish. But the worst part was truly the cleaning. I had an epiphany and looked to see if silicone version, and behold! SO happy when I got these. Exactly as described, clean so easily, dishwasher safe etc. I like to place it on a baking sheet since it's soft, for added support. And, everything pops RIGHT out! It's fun. My new favorite thing to make are egg cupcakes - mix eggs, spices, veggies and a touch of milk and voila! I'm soooo so happy and think I'll be baking for breakfast every morning!

Disappointed
Way too light weight and don't have any sort of frame to help with stability. No way to fill the cups and get them to the oven unless you have a cookie sheet underneath, which henders the evenness of the oven in baking. I have another set I purchased that are much more sturdy, thick and have a wire frame around the edge to make them more stable after the cups are filled. Returning these!
