Malvern Allied Mills Strong Bread Flour 16kg

This flour mixed well with whole meal flour and my bread was wonderful,both in texture and flavored.I have also used this flour for making pasta,in fact I am going through this flour at a rate of knots,i just love it.

Flour ok makes a good loaf tasty can’t beat fresh bread

This flour is a little more expensive than I would normally pay but OMG so worth the extra. The quality of my bread now is 1000% better than I have made before, it is so light and tasty.I would recommend this to anyone. Will be buying again soon.

This makes beautiful bread. This is the second bag I've bought and had no problems with delivery or storage. I'll keep on buying this flour.

Excellent product, very poor service from courier, packaging in terrible state, company we're superb and gave us some compensation.

I'm not sure this is strong flour at all. It's working just like Plain flour for my bread. The bag says 12.5% protein, which should make it strong, but like another comment on here, it's not behaving like strong flour. I may as well have bought plain. I will not be buying this again.

Covid19 panic buy. Couldn't get bread flour at the time. Made good loaves and breadcakes. Bag strong but you need somewhere dry and pest free to keep it.
