I was looking for a handlefree mug for our vacation rental that was affordable and sturdy and I just love these. Good quality and gorgeous.

We bought these for coffee and I find them to transfer heat to you hands quickly meaning your coffee/tea will cool quickly. If using for espresso milk drinks or teas they would be great. also, I wish they were larger height.

Sadly I have to echo the sentiments of the most helpful review about this item. I was looking for a contemporary tea cup and found these and I was so ecstatic because they need the aesthetic that I was looking for. However, after I’m boxing and using it literally one time I realized that this is made out of stone and because of the way Stoneworks and the dynamics of stone literally these tea cups will scald your hands with boiling water. They get too hot to even maintain holding them and I looked for other solutions likeSilicone sleeves, etc. but ultimately I’m deciding to return these because of the heat issue

So some reviews posted that they didn't like it because it was too hot to handle. These are not "traditional" tea cups. In the Chinese and Japanese cultures, tea cups do not have handles because they believe if you can hold the cup with your bare hands without hurting yourself, then it is safe (temperature wise) for you to drink without burning your tongue or insides.

These cups are really cute, the only thing that threw me off is that the color from the bottom is more brownish/tan and not pinkish as it looks like in the picture.

gorgeous to look at, which is what got me to buy it.However, buyer beware: the designed did not give a rat's *** about the pour.1- Spout flow is poor.2- lid finger grip not usable when pot has hot tea in it. Using tea towel does not help as grip is too small, too shallow to maintain hold.Nice to look at in a photo, but not actually a functional teapot. Typical $10 chinatown product.
