NICHE 50cc Engine Piston Cylinder Head Gasket Top End Kit for Yamaha PW50 QT50 Towny 3L5-11311-01-00 95380-06600-00

Went against my better judgement and figured to give the cheaper alternative a try. Had to reinstall 3 times to fix air leaks, and check cylinder walls and rings because of pinging noise. Luckily no scores on cylinder walls, piston, or rings but think its just ring chatter. Did 6 heat cycles and 40:1 premix. Temps are 280-300ishHad to level out head and also use double base gasket to stop air leaks and slightly over torque to 7.5lbs which solved the airleak at base (surfaces were cleaned well). Still has slight ring chatter and ring gap was beyond spec. Not sure if its coming from rings or wristpin bearing which seemed slightly loser then the OEM wristpin and bearing but used what was included in the kit.this top end kit in my qt50 does about 28mph on level ground. My other stock qt50 will do 30mph.

Definitely do not waste your money with these cheap top ends. The wrist pin bearing lasted about a week. Then it caused the piston to start slopping around gouging the new cylinder. Long story short, I'm ordering a new top end from a legit company.

The y zinger I rode 35 years ago lost all its power over the years of abuse. This top end kit made it feel brand new. I can ride (200lb man) 35+mph on that thing now. Amazing!!!
