Setup was very easy.. Still evaluating it but so far so good... Love the features.. Love the separate phone jack.

Phone got a green screen after 9 months of use. My phone is always taken care of. I never dropped it or got it wet. I work an office job and my phone never saw dust. I don't even use screen protectors because my phone is never in a rough environment. After 9 months of use it randomly started getting a green screen and freezing. I would strongly discourage buying phones from here.

This model is no different than the Note 8 which I owned before.

The Phone was badly scratched up And it was not specify in the description 2 thumbs down

Even thought the listing title says the device is unlocked it is not. It comes with the T-mobile Unlock app to unlock the device. We did not have a T-mobile account, but that would not be an issue if, it being a GSM phone, it were truly unlocked. The Unlock app was not able to unlock the phone so we called T-mobile and were told that they couldn't unlock the phone unless we were a T-mobile customer. The title really should remove the term "unlocked" to avoid confusion.
