Where can I order only the straw nipple part, since I don’t need the straw part?

You need to buy a adapted bottle first

Does this work with the Avent Dino Straw cup?

No, this is for the grosmimi cups.

Is the milk supposed to stay in the straw after baby releases straw from mouth?

You mean below the valve? This is due to physics, nothing to worry about

Tommee Tippee compatible?

No, I don't imagine they would be. They are a different brand and size.
