This is a good moisturising handcream, being made with lots of worthwhile ingredients. However, it has not altered the age spots on my hands - alas. I know Celandine is a very powerful skin improver (warts, keratosis, skin tags etc.) but perhaps it is not in a strong enough concentration here. I think the new laws regarding herbals may have affected how much can be added to a basic ingredient.
