A good read aloud for my young grandchildren
Two very silly characters -Duck and Goose- slowly become friends after they mutually mistake a ball for an egg. A perfect springtime read for children under the age of 8.

Great book
All of my kids love this book. Itβs a little bit on the longer side for a board book, but still holds the attention at a relatively young age. We enjoy several books from this series, but the original is best. I just purchased another one for a baby gift.

Duck and Goose Adventures
This series has become our two granddaughters favorite books, we have bought quite a few for them. They both are so excited when they see Duck and Goose books and run to get them and read them. I buy the board books as our grand daughters are two and two and a half, and they can be a little rough on the books at times but a lot of the time sit quietly and turn the pages and point to whatever Duck or Goose is doing. They are well illustrated and we love the characters.

They don't make Children's Literature better than this!
My granddaughter and I have been fans of Duck and Goose ever since I came across "What's Up, Duck? A Book of Opposites" some time back. Since then we've read (and re-read, and re-read) "How are you Feeling?", "Goose Needs a Hug", and "Duck and Goose Find a Pumpkin". But nothing had prepared me for the beauty and sweetness of this "origin issue" (as they would say in the comic book industry) story. Near perfection! Initially squaring off over who has rights to what they erroneously think is an egg, Duck and Goose learn by working together in caring for their supposed treasure to be fast friends, deeply appreciative of each other's unique traits. The last pages of this beautifully illustrated and profound story had me in tears (of joy) - especially the very last two words, on a page of their own.

Book is cute!
Book is cute! Artwork is colorful & Like that itβs a hard style book from front to back. Unfortunately, due to the seller likely book was bent, and doesnβt lay flat. Annoying when buying something new.

We love all things Duck and Goose
We love all things Duck and Goose, and this book is no exception. It shows some valuable lessons about friendship, and as always, the artwork by Tad Hills is eye-catching and interesting.
