Good quality apples, very small diced. With peel on but that's ok. What's nice is there's almost no sharp core pieces. Ive used about 2 cups and got 1 tiny core piece. As opposed to another brand. I don't enjoy sharp pieces that have to be spit out. Can was full. The apples are not overly sweet, nor bitter. I have eaten them straight out of can and they're good in my humble opinion.

When I got this all the pieces were stuck together. When rehydrated they are a little bland. Works well though
