It was a great price being on sale for 8.99 and normally 15.99. it's even better then the one I got for $20 at Walmart that plays music cause the music feature when done with the music to start over it crackles and has static for a second. Even though this only fits lights I like it better. Even though complain about it with til the light burn out and you can't replace them but at 8.99 it's cheaper probably to just buy another one so can't complain. My baby likes it. It has multiple settings and done but come with an adapter to plug in but does have compartment for batteries and a cord to plug in to a block that you have to get separately.

When our grandchildren spend the night we are able to convert the entire guest room into a soothing planetarium. It is easy to set-up - works on batteries or you can plug it in. It comes with a UBS cord; however, you will need your own wall outlet plug that connects to the UBS cord. It is reasonably priced and well worth the money.It has several settings. You can choose the colors of the stars. You can also choose the stars to remain stationary or rotate slowly.There is no timer so the grandchildren will never wake up in the dark. There is no sound which makes the"light show" soothing.If you need a gift for young children, up to middle school age children, This would be a great gift.

This night light works so well for my kids. It really helps them fall asleep faster. At first I was a bit overwhelmed on how bright it was, but you and your kids will get used it and it won’t be too much. My main complaint and a concern of mine is the light coming out of the black dome is strong, I mean laser strong. Stare at it for longer than a second, you will feel like a laser hit your eye. Be very mindful and cautious as to where you place this while it’s on. My kids want to stare at it so eagerly. So I place it on the floor instead of a drawer where the kids can see it directly.Other than that, it’s a fun and relaxing night light. Just be aware of the lights being shined in your kid’s eyes.

It's very clear and really lights up entire room.I thought when I opened it and saw how lightweight it was, I thought it will look weak but it really is a powerful little light.Love it.

The media could not be loaded. Worth the money. I looked for one that took batteries because the kids always want to move it or carry it. It feels cheap, but works great. It has so many different color and pattern options. It also has an option to make it not spin if thats better. It takes 4 AAA.

Pros:-Nice variety of colors, including the red I was specifically looking for.-The product is made fairly well for being so cheap, and it hasn't been destroyed yet, though there has been a very stringent "adults only" rule in place regarding pressing buttons.Cons:-Does NOT come with a wall adapter; the description does say it's a USB connector, but doesn't specify no wall adapter is provided, though it shows pictures of a wall adapter in the product images. It also doesn't give you much information in the way of electricity needed, so that you can figure out the appropriate amperage / voltage to buy an adapter.-Other reviewers say it chews through batteries; I haven't tried yet.-It does feel flimsy, like a fall will be the end of it. One way to know, but it hasn't yet had the misfortune. -with the short wire, it's hard to center it in a room for best projection, so it can look a little like there's a black hole gobbling stars... up to you whether that's a bug or a feature.-The buttons are confusing at first, and there *is* an off mode. You have to press "B" on my version until the colors go dark, and the "A" button has to be in the correct position too... don't recall which setting, but it is possible to turn it off without unplugging.Bottom line? I'm ok with having bought it, but i wouldn't hesitate to try something else.

So for the price, really can’t beat it. It has multiple color options, Multiple patterns, with the clear lens cover you can diffuse it and it’s almost like a nightlight. If you take the clear lens cover off at projects, the Pat pattern onto the entire walls and ceiling of the room which is very cool.. It also will rotate and spin if you want a little extra effect.. the downside is there’s no power off button so you have to unplug it and plug it back in and then hit one of the buttons for it to start working.. It does have a memory setting to come back on where you left it… it also is very cheaply made.. thin plastic cheap.. if you bump it or drop it, everything falls apart and then you have to put it back together but for the price at $12 it’s definitely a good deal and I could buy a bunch of these before I spend $50 on one of the nicer ones.
