On Your Knees!
my housekeeper, who is getting older now, insists on making the wood floors and the glossy black porcelain floors look amazing, She asked for a good set of knee pads, so I didn't want to get her anything cheap or uncomfortable....did the research on Amazon and checked a couple other sites too. These looked like they'd work and wow, she loves them. Easy to put on and take off, no slipping or catching... they're comfortable and she's happy. They feel very substantial but also light so as not to be too much work.

These are terrible
They are very thick and offer significant padding for your knees. But they don’t stay in place. No matter how tight I pull the straps, they fall down my legs. I’m sorry I bought them; now they sit in a bucket in the garage.

Fit is a problem
Comfortable padding while kneeling but does not stay in place when standing or walking around. No matter how I adjust the straps, tighter or looser (even turned them upside-down), the moment I stand up, they drop so much so, that I have to readjust them before I can kneel again. If I stood and walked around a bit, they be at my ankles. A typical job would be doing tile flooring. My hands will have grout or glue or both on them. Having to adjust each and every time I stand will mean my pants will be filty with grout and glue. I do not like to wash clothes that are covered with grout and glue. There are so many other choices out there that I will not get these again.

protects the knees
I had my knees replaced a couple of years ago and haven't had the courage to kneel since. These pads protect my kneecaps so that I can get started kneeling to clean or just play with the cats again. They fit well, but stay in place better when put on over clothing than bare legs.

There are pretty good kneepads
There are pretty good kneepads. They're heavy duty and protect your knees really well. Problem is they tend to slip unless you're wearing shorts. If you tighten them so they won't then you get bruising around your knees. Not sure I would buy them again.

Effectively worthless, straps don't hold tight
The knee pads were worthless to me. The padding felt extreamly good and initally I was very happy with them. Then I tool my first three steps and they started to slide down my legs. I figured they needed to be tightened so I adjusted them. Same thing, I adjusted again. Walked again and adjusted again and they just kept falling. The bottum straps are poorly made and just dont stay tight. Wether they were so tight that they tore up the back of my legs and knees, a little loose or just right, the knee pads never stayed in place. It drove me crazy and was totally not worth wearing. Another case of getting what you pay for.

Absolute Must Buy!
The gel cap and raised even frontspreads the load across your knee. My friend with Rheumatoid arthritis loved hers so much that my family has given 5 sets of these as gifts. Yeah, the toggle adjust straps are not terribly secure, but easy enough to adjust. Fits even extended sizes.

Redesigned strap clip doesn't work
I've had 6 pairs of these knee pads over the last few years. I work on my knees all day every day and found these to be the most comfortable and do the best job of staying on my knees without constant repositioning. The previous pads had straps that velcroed and worked well until the Velcro wore out. This most recent pair has clips that hold the straps to the pad instead of the Velcro. The straps slip through the clips in a matter of minutes causing constant retightening to prevent the pads from dropping to my ankles. This is a poor redesign. The clips need teeth on them to better grip the straps or Velcro at the ends of the strap to secure them from slipping. Since these are the most comfortable for me, I will probably try to modify them myself rather then return them. The company apparently didn't test them in the real world when they came up with this "improved" version.
