So far so good. Needed ink for my other printer but decided to look at thermal printers since use them at work. Found this one here at Amazon with a coupon so it has great value for the money. Easy set up just have to convert mm to inches. Select 4” in my case.There are video tutorials online if you run into issuesVery fast and have already printed many labels which it comes with a few. I ordered more. So now will never have to print cut and tape labels to packages... Give this printer a try as it doesn’t take up much space at all...

I was a bit hesitant at first given the mixed reviews but if you're a capable individual able to install some drivers this printer works absolutely great. I did not use the USB stick included with drivers but rather downloaded them directly from the manufacturer. This gave me a bit better sense of security given it's a USB drive from China. I have printed hundreds of labels on it without issue so far. The label print quality is good given it is a thermal printer.One suggestion I would make to anyone purchasing this is to go into windows under your printing preferences and setup a default profile for the printer that works well for your use. This was probably the most time consuming part of the print setup. The printer does a great job but if you're putting a logo or some other graphic on your labels its important to setup the dithering and other settings correctly. You can also adjust the contrast and speed as well. Once you set it up in the printing preferences this printer just does its job day after day.I'm very happy with this printer and would recommend it to anyone. The only thing I thought was a bit strange is clearly this is a small business in china selling these. The included "thank you card" was a very strange picture of someone carrying boxes and the copy on it was just painful to read and understand. It actually made me second guess the purchase but in the end this printer is the core product and it does a great job. I may in the near future need another one of these and I will certainly purchase another. Absolutely zero reservations about the product itself.

I could not get this printer to work with my computer. I followed the dirt and I looked up on YouTube as well. This printer was not compatible with my computer. I have windows. This product just would not work.

This is a must buy. Smooth setup and easy to use. Well worth the money and so far so good!

Just got my thermal printer today. Set up was made fairly easy with included flash drive (also, was able to find the driver online so I downloaded the 2020 version to upgrade it). Printer was smaller than I anticipated, but great. Fits on my desk perfectly. I may process orders in different places so it will be easy to travel with. The test label came out quickly and legible. I did check out the BarTender trial (advanced label making software); seems to add value, but I haven't found a use for it yet. Worth a try.

Like:the form factorsize, I like the white color and sleekness of the printer.cheaper than a Rollo but basically the sameI can use any label I want unlike the DymoDislike:no label holder but that is not a deal breaker ($15) for label holderHad a little trouble printing test label it would skip one.Had to shrink the setting to 95 to 98% so it would not skip a label on the print screen.The setting on the printer is 4" x 6".No bluetooth or wireless but its okay.got it for like 96 bucks.I am going to use a raspberry pi 4 to plug it in to make it wireless and a small fun project for me.Forgot to add. The flashdrive didn't have the driver for the printer. Plug it in and it was empty. Went to the site to download instead. With it had 100 free label like the other printer of a similar price.

So. I don't know if I missed it when I was ordering or if the product description was updated after the fact BUT this printer does not have a driver compatible with Macs. Desperate to find a way to use it because I was so sick of printing and cutting out individual labels and couldn't bear to wait for another printer to come in the mail, I did some Googling and discovered that I may be able to use the printer with a generic driver or one from a similar printer.After trying a few of the ones that were pre-set on my computer, I figured out that the Zebra EPL2 Driver would allow me to print my shipping labels using this printer. If you're like me and would rather not return the printer after realizing that it's not readily compatible with your Mac, here's what to do:1. Plug in your power and USB cables to their respective places2. Turn the printer on3. Go to System Preferences4. Click Printers & Scanners5. Click the + button under the list of your current printers6. Select Deli DL-770D7. In the "Use" field, click Choose a Driver, then "Select Software"8. Search for "Zebra EPL2 Label Printer" and select it9. Click OK, then Click AddAfter this, you should be able to print your labels! Just make sure you have the right paper size selected when you go to actually print something. If your computer doesn't already have the Zebra drivers, I'm sure you can download online but I've never had a Zebra printer and the drivers were already installed on my computer, so no download necessary. I was soooooo skeptical when looking for a affordable thermal printer and came across this. I wanted something that would be perfect for my small business and wouldnt take up alot of space. I researched so many thermal printers, high end, low end, etc. I even tried ali baba and shipper websites. But I wasn’t willing to pay crazy for the product. Then I came across this product. I was impressed by the reviews but I was still very skeptical. However, one of the reviewers has a video posted and it helped make my decision easier so I bought it. Thought to myself if it doesn’t work with Shopify etc I’ll return it. Anyways, a week into it, I’m obsessed with this thermal printer!!!!! I never used this term but literally this is a “bang for your buck” type of product! Its so strong, compact, easy to install, literally plugged it into my Windows 10 and it automatically connected the driver. Plus works with Shopify! The only thing I struggled with was on Shopifys side, they removed the print size feature from your shipping settings so now you just have to select the 4x6 size once you purchase your shipping label off Shopify (for example Canada Post label). You select the size once and it’ll automatically be selected for future labels. I even print the customer packing slip through this now. Its so fast too! No more spending crazy on printer ink and always having the fold the damn letter size paper to fit in the plastic sleeve - if you have a business you know what I mean. It just saves a lot of headache during shipping for me. Absolutely recommend this product!!!

Update 4 months of use:. Still running owrfecrly. Printed around 1500 labels and all so far as good as first day.--------So far I have no complaints. It was easy to set up. Driver lets me set print speed and darkness (I turned both down from defaults for longevity of printer).Print is as clear as 204 DPI can get and so far is working flawlessly. Have only printed 4x6 but it learned the label size automatically and I only had to do it once. Don't have to open to feed new labels. Just add in back and it grabs them. Doesn't waste first label.If it lasts me at least a few years I have no complaints. Will update in a few months.Comes with a nice little manual showing how to use and install drivers.

I needed a thermal printer to print UPS shipping labels. This printer has been doing a wonderful job for me so far.It was easy to configure (downloaded the driver as suggested in the manual) and works very well (after about 150 labels). Prints quickly and clearly.I will update if anything changes, but it does a great job! Definitely recommend.
