Nice to get agility in your legs
The Speed Agility Ladder Training Equipment is an excellent tool for improving footwork and overall agility. I’ve been using it to enhance my boxing foot movement and speed, as well as to build agility for running, and it’s been incredibly effective. The ladder is durable, lightweight, and easy to set up, with adjustable rungs that let me customize my drills. The carry bag is a great addition, making it simple to transport and store. This equipment has been a game-changer for my training, helping me improve coordination, balance, and speed. Highly recommend it for athletes of any level!

Serves Well For Tennis
If your kids play tennis, at the end of the practice, your coach might have suggested to use the ladder. The kids need to use the ladder for agility more. And this is not an expensive training equipment.A good value for money. Next lines of review is meant for parents whose kids are just beginning to play (not high performance tennis ,advanced levels etc)KNOW THE BALLS: If your kid is absolutely brand new, try Gamma Quick Kids 36' Tennis Ball (12-Ball Pack, Yellow/Red) which should be the first starting point. Any coach who starts with a regular yellow ball for under 10 kids, like my first coach did is a fake. Kids need to feel the rhythm and power of their shots before going into the next level. Also If you dont mind spending little more money and not spend time picking balls, please get Wilson Ball Pickup 75,I promise you will not regret it.Many courts do not have lines drawn for 60 feet court and if that is the court you are playing, do not guess .. get Yellow Long Lines - Set of 12 . Do not play with few balls. You and your son will lose interest quickly . Get about 50 balls Gamma Quick Kids Tennis Balls - For 60 Foot Court (12 Pack) . It gets little expensive but remember it is far cheaper and healthier than going to a movie and eating at a restaurant - I am not even including the undeniable relationship you build with your kids playing !ARE YOU AN UPCOMING PROFESSIONAL PLAYER ? .. Do not miss this great book by Serena Williams My Life: Queen of the CourtA great buy and one of the best healthy investment in South Florida where there are plenty of tennis courts for year round play!

Great for all ages, simple, effective, does its job. Used it with Pee Wee basketball players, they loved it.
I decided to grab this for my Pee Wee basketball team, hoping perhaps to get the kids to try it out during the season via drills. I was a little apprehensive, as kids at that age tend to lack coordination or agility, and I thought it might be a bit much. Still, I decided to give it a try. I'm extremely glad I did, because not only did the kids use it and improve with it, they loved it. They actually asked me to get it out every practice, and include it more and more in drills. Girls who struggled with quick feet, cuts, and agility in drills and games steadily improved during the season. While I can't say this agility ladder was the sole reason, it was definitely a factor.I suggest checking out various useful drills/videos available online for these types of training ladders. There were plenty that the kids enjoyed, and I was able to mix the ladder into the beginning, middle and end of various drills as needed. The only thing to be wary of is the fact that this is a lightweight system. If the kids kick it or bump it around, and you don't have it secured, it easily moves and gets knocked out of line. At first that seemed problematic, but it turned out to be a driver for the kids to get better. They took pride in doing better at the drill and not making the ladder move. I thought I'd have to secure it (which is easily done) to some sort of surface, but in the end it was not needed. The kids enjoyed the challenge, and never had any issues with it.

Works but...
Works but it's hard to get even and straight. Easy to trip on if not staked down with at least 6 yard pins. Holds up well to abuse. Easy to carry from site to site.
