For me, this is the best!
I have used Almay for years and years. What I use is non waterproof. I don't like waterproof as it seems to make me lose lashes a lot. I switched over many years ago and never looked back. I have used other brands but this one works for me. It comes off easily, (with just waster) which is what I want it to do. It's not tear proof but I don't find myself crying in public very much. The pricing is fair and affordable.

Reliable safe mascara in Brown Black.
This Almay brand has been so far been a pretty reliable brand to use for many years, given all my allergies. I haven't seen it much in the stores of late, but I was able to get them here on Amazon, thankfully.
