I've had this chair for a couple weeks so far. It's a good chair, but it's built for tall people. I'm 5' 7" and I sink a little too far back in it, even with the included lumbar support pillow. I bought another, larger lumbar support pillow, and now I'm using both to shorten the overall depth of the chair.That said it's very comfortable. It's well-padded everywhere. The luxurious width of the chair allows me to sit cross-legged in it. AKRacing's other offerings are far too narrow for that. The height extends well over my head. The back reclines all the way to a thrilling 90 degrees, though I have not tempted fate and gravity to report exactly how safe this is.The only thing I dislike are the armrests. They don't reach very high, and the adjustable heads means that with too much lateral force they'll pop into a new position; maybe convenient for some but I'm unused to it. Otherwise it's a very cool chair.Nov. 2016 update: the plastic cover for the left-side hinge has broken off. Perhaps I over-tightened it during assembly.

I love it. I use it as a computer chair, not principally for playing games. It is attractive, of high quality, and it was easy for me to assemble (and I am a klutz). I am a big man (6'3" and 260 pounds) but so far this has not caused any difficulties. Chair was expensive but worth it.

Received the AK-9011 chair quickly and without any damages to the box. Takes about 30 mins to put together which was easy following their instructions. This chair is very comfortable for a person that is about 6ft and 275lbs and after sitting in it for several hours, no back issues... The only concern with this chair is if you sit down on it somewhere around the front area of the seat, the chair will quickly flip you out of it and onto the floor... Especially if you are smaller or lighter in weight... As long as you sit down in the chair normal (towards the rear of the seat), no issues.

Bought this for my son. He's a big guy at 6'2" and 300lbs.He loves it. Fits him perfectly.He is becoming a professional gamer so he spends a lot of time in his chair. We used to go through them pretty quickly because they weren't sturdy enough. This chair will be solid for a while. Went together pretty easily too.
