I have plenty of room in the sleeves and legs and the chest fits just right (although I can't zip the next all the way up on my neck, but I wouldn't do that normally anyway). The waist has Velcro take ins for those of us who have a bigger chest than waist (I'm in a 38w/33l pant, so the reducer helped me take up the slack so I didn't look like I was wearing a potato sack). The material is a little thick for warm weather wear, but it's not lined, so I'd call it a mid-weigh material... a little too much for anything over 90 degrees, but you'll need long-underwear if it's under 40. The zippers are solid, and the whole thing feels just like my old Nomex gear from the navy, except not as soft (Nomex is really soft when you wash it a few hundred times).
