Montana Cans Montana BLACK 400ml Color, Troops Spray Paint, 1 count (pack of 1)

I bought this paint for touch up on a model I had purchased and this was what they had used. I was not prepared for it, first off it sprays super heavy, like blasting the paint out, this I learned with lots of practice is controllable, you can give the trigger a light touch and get a light spray.The other thing is drying time, it takes days to dry, and never does get to be a hard glaze. I have a piece of brass I painted with it for practice. It is a month old now and I can still indent it with my thumbnail.I did however, with lots of redos, end up with a nice job I really like, but still don’t know if I would want to try it again.Also I ended up with a complete repaint instead of touching up

Very pigmented and even spray. VOC's slow the drying time and can exasperate dripping/splattering. Blends well. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT COLOR! Look at the TOP of the can and read before you buy. BLACK is a series. Additional caps recommended. Remove the black plastic washer (used during shipping) and the price is only worth it for hard to find colors.

None of the paint sprayers work 😩

The color of this paint is not at all what is pictured on the can "donut". It is peachy/orange rather than a salmon/pink. It was stored inside a cupboard in my home for 6 months, shaken vigorously for an hour and still came out of the nozzle foamy and with lumps. I am an artist and use spray paint on a very regular basis and have never experienced an issue such as this except with this brand. The items I was spraying include extremely delicate and tiny parts, so sanding off and beginning again was not an option. I recommend avoiding this item and if you do use it, definitely test on cardboard prior to applying to your project. It is bumpy and lumpy, flat and expensive.

Pretty much the most essential starter color, besides Montana black, that you'll need for most projects. Totally good stuff.Tip: Great for base coating if incase you don't have primer.Tip 2: Using this nozzle on the can, press lightly with a small amount of pressure and the contents will "spurter" out. This, over a canvas or object will provide a dots. On a black canvas, this can look like stars.Tip 3: Buy a can or two in case your a frequent painter/artist.Tip 4: If the can arrives damaged, was damaged during shipment, amazon's return policy is superb in returns. Don't keep damaged cans.

Too bad I couldn't give ZERO stars. Don't know what is wrong, but this may be the WORST paint I have ever tried to use. I bought this to paint doll bodies. First, as others have said, it wouldn't spray. In teeny tiny print (needed a magnifying glass to read) it says to remove the safety ring under the spray nozzle. Okay. First coat just spits. Shake can for 2 to 3 full minutes. Second coat is a million tiny bubbles, that don't level out. More shaking, third coat looks like FUR! Really!! See photos. Now it won't spray at all, even with safety ring removed. Can't return, waste of money.

Bright, BRIGHT green and great for TMNT colors. I.E. Michaelango.The base color of this is pretty phenomenal when mixing with other greens and purples. I suggest a primer for ultimate saturation. Be sure to stick with brands!Tip: Buy another shade or two of similar brands when blending for beginners so you can get the feel for the paint and brand.Tip: After purchasing I wish I had some glow in the dark paint to go with after reading the label and seeing that it, too, glows in the dark.

Bought this color because this is the color dogs see the best. Put a couple of PVC tubes over my horse shoe stacks and painted them. 2 months later the paint is still new looking. Now my zooming running after what ever move's dogs never get close to them.. only trouble is my friends think for some reason they are sewer stand pipes.

Der Lack ist sehr dickflüssig und das Spritzbild sehr grob. Fast wie Spachtel. Trocknungszeit ist dadurch deutlich erhöht. Auch ist es nicht möglich eine feine Schichtdicke zu erzeugen.Haltbarkeit des Lacks ist auch sehr schlecht er ist nicht Stossfest und reagiert auf vielerlei Lösungsmittel stark.Um ne Wand mit grobem Muster temporär zu besprühen mag es reichen oder ist evtl sogar vom Vorteil für feinere Muster oder alles andere kann man es nicht wirklich gebrauchen.

Ich habe mir diese Farbe für weiße Gummistiefel gekauft.Der Lack lässt sich sehr gut und gleichmäßig auftragen.Dieses sollte man auf alle Fälle draußen tun. Zum einen stink der Lack sehr und zum anderen, lässt sich der feine Sprühnebel überall nieder.Leider hält er auf Gummistiefel definitiv nicht.Er löst sich hier in großen Fetzen ab.So sind nun leider auch meine neuen Stiefel komplett ruiniert.

So leid mir der eine Stern tut aber das Bild ist völlig irreführend, es wird ganz klar der Farbton Nappies auf dem foto gezeigt, das sogenannte Light Blue was man bekommt ist bei weitem dunkler bzw stimmt absolut nicht mit dem gezeigten Farbwert auf dem Bild überein und vom Preis mal ganz abgesehen, hier kosten die Dosen fast Doppelt so viel wie auf Stylefile.....

Firstly the picture shows two cans … however you are actually purchasing One. Secondly received it … didn’t use it immediately, by the time we took it out of the bag & tried to use it the spray can doesn’t work, will not spray … reached out to the seller / past their 90 days / they will do nothing. Moral of this lesson .., check your product as soon as you receive it.
