Procare 79-83050 Deluxe Head Halter, Universal

well.. do I feel stupid, the Halter does not include the metal bracket that holds it from its sides, It should be noted in the product details, it should not be in the picture or it might confuse other buyers.

OK for the price, but a little flimsy

I was waking up a lot with an incredibly painful stiff neck. It felt like i needed to stretch it or "pop" it. I looked up these head halter things and bought a cheap one to try out. I know I'm misusing it but mine is mounted solid from an eye hook in my basement right at head height. I stand there, put it on, then just kinda slouch into it. Man it feels so good! And my stiff neck problems are way less frequent now.

This is so awkward and difficult to use, I gave up on it.

Like it pretty well, but comes with no instructions or picture as to how to wear. It is harder to use in some ways than the universal headgear.

It is a solid product!

soon as i saw the clips I put it back in the box & sent it back; again about 2/3rd's the size it should be.

I bought the Drive Medical Traction kit, and I found that the halter left my head dangling.  Drive Medical Overdoor Traction Set  I bought this halter, and it totally changed the angle of my head, making it comfortable to sit in traction for an extended period. I would not buy a traction kit without this accessory.
