I bought 48 of this older-style dock light. I had a few that quit prematurely (it happens), but I was not disappointed. No light will last forever, and none of the failures were due to water infiltration; I disassembled a few of the failed lights, and the failures were 100% battery related. The newer style looks terrible, IMHO, so I'll probably have to seek out another mfgr. Jackyled management: please email me if you ever decide to revert back to the older style (the model under which I'm writing this review. That was a great product!)

I purchased these lights 1 year ago and this is my first review. I wanted to test them and ensure they were reliable before I provided a review.These lights are 100% reliable and they provide what the seller offers which is quality reliability. I have tested them for one year and they’re the best I’ve tested. I am just an average consumer in Amazon trying to find good reliable products as everyone else. I have no association to the manufacturer or the distributor.

I ordered two sets of 12 in warm white. They were sent in two packages, one was packaged well and the other looked used and four of the lights didn't work. I contacted the seller and with a little back and forth via email, they rectified the problem to my satisfaction and I would purchase from them again. As for the lights, they are perfect on our dock walk and we lined both sides our steep driveway. They hold a charge all night and are just the right light to walk the grounds without additional house lights on but they aren't so blinding as the white light. The quality of the lights is hefty and durable with a high water intrusion rating. The lights are durable enough to drive over. I highly recommend and would purchase again if the need arises.

They are really neat but two of the 13 have already gone dead. Since they are screwed to the dock it’s a pain to mess with them.

What a great product! I expected this to be a 4-star product, but I'm happy to give these lights 5 stars. They are sturdier than expected. The LED technology had improved over the past few years. I was worried about the lights bring too bright to wreck the night view of our lake, but they are not. All 12 had a charge when they arrived and they have all worked great. I had just taken them all out of the box and had turned on the Auto switch and set them on the table just as a nasty late afternoon storm rolled in. It got so dark that the lights began to turn on while they were on the table.I have them an all charge in the sun then attached them to my new dock with my screw gun. Easy peasey.I just ordered a second set of 12 lights to use elsewhere around our cottage.

I installed these lights about 9pm 2 nights ago. They burned all night and we had rain and clouds and a tornado come through the area. They have been running now for about 20 hours off the initial charge out of the box. It was just to cloudy for it to get a good charge today. I ordered another 12lights because they are good quaility. I parked my suv on one of them just to see if it would stand up to getting rolled over in the driveway and it was fine. Now I could not find any recoomendations on gluing these to the cement. I had some clear flex seal and I put that on the bottoms and they hold just fine. I just did not want to drill into my driveway.

These are great, work well for a yard or driveway light.

Ten of these lights have been installed and are working as advertised. Two of these lights are dead out of the box. I tried to leave them exposed to sunlight for a number of days but cannot get any function from either of them.These lights are perfect for my needs but I would have liked all twelve of them to be working.JohnG
