My two year old likes this and cannot break it. I actually like it more than she does (she was not very experienced with snow globes, so got upset that she couldn't take the penguin out). Cute gift for a young child. Probably ideal for a 3 or 4 year old.Edited 7/30/20: She did break it, after she learned to love it. Apparently it just needed to land the right way on my kitchen floor. She did not dislike that as much as I did. ;) To be fair, she threw it pretty hard. Maybe a better gift for a slightly older child who doesn't throw things!

This is exactly how I thought it would arrive. I was searching for a plastic snow globe for my 3 year old cousin for xmas. Just know that in the description is DOES say the size of it. But what it doesn't mention is that the penguin stays afloat on the blue liquid. Which is not a big deal for me.. but it might matter to others since it's not your typical snow globe.

I love this. It's perfect for my 5 year old granddaughter. It's so hard to find plastic snow globes. I wish they made more of them since my granddaughters like to collect them and place them around the Christmas tree each year.

It’s adorable although much smaller than I expected.

My just turned three year old was obsessed with his sister’s snow globe. However, it was glass and I wouldn’t let him touch it. He loves this thing. It’s also made several falls down on the wood floor and is still in perfect condition. I wish there were other ones with different things inside.
