Very easy to replace
Very easy to install. Just twist and turn to remove and install. My old one developed a blister on the gasket seal after about 2 years use. New unit fits and works great.

Only the plunger piece. Does not match the picture.
Admittedly the title says "top half" but it was not clear what that was supposed to mean. This is *not* the entire flush tower that is pictured. It is only the plunger!!
