The secret to my loved smoked ribs
I dry rub this on my ribs before smoking. Everybody loves them and never uses bbq sauce. I simply go 250 for 3 hours with a water pan with half hickory and half apple. No wrapping in foil. Perfect ribs every time. Like this large size!

Good rub. Not too much cayenne or black pepper. Well balanced. As good as any out there. Rubs are a matter of individual taste.
